I have been overjoyed with this practice since became a patient back in October of last year. However, recently she took on a new Hygienist to replace the one that left who was super amazing but he left to go to dental school in Jersey. My new Hygienist is Patty and she is a miracle worker! She had big shoes to fill as her predecessor was awesome but she has filled those big shoes with flying colors and then some! Going to the dentist is finally a pleasant experience, Patty is very aware and conscience about how the patient is feeling or what they are experiencing during the cleaning process or any other treatment with her in the office. She has such a beautiful way of sympathizing and empathizing with eachpatient as I know it's not a unique with just me. The reporte she has built with me comes so naturally to her that I am sure she builds very similar relationships with other patients. Furthermore, I can tell that Patty knows her craft extremely well, she has plenty of experience working with different demographics and types of people, she is tidy, neat, as well as clean with her equipment and work area. Most importantly she loves what she does and that shines as well as reflects in her work. I love and thank God daily for my marvelous Hygienist Patty! Thank you so much Patty! You're one of a kind and simply the best! The only way to truly improve the experience at this practice is if Patty were to be working all 5 days of the week because at the moment she works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and I absolutely refuse to have my mouth worked on and cleaned by anyone besides her. Sometimes Thursdays and Fridays work better for me but I have to stick to the days she is there, I don't trust my mouth to anyone else as amazing as the ladies are in this practice. Please consider strongly making Patty full time Monday through Friday, it would mean so much to me and Im sure to all of the other patients as well.

This is an honest, kind group of professionals who actually care about your well-being--they're not in the business of inventing problems just to pad the bill. Case in point: I have two baby teeth that every other dentist over the last 20 years wanted to yank out and replace with implants (probably because implants are profitable). But those teeth are still sitting firm in my mouth--no issues. Instead of pushing unnecessary procedures, this dentist is helping me keep them healthy for as long as possible. And shoutout to my dental hygienist Mario--he gave me an incredibly thorough cleaning yesterday and was just wonderful all around. Thank you so much for everything you do!

The care is personalized and focus on what you need, from cleaning to a crown or recommending a good orthodontic if needed. Dr. Vidal is THE BEST. He has great bedside manners, is very gentle and works fast yet carefully. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Highly recommend this office to everyone looking for friendly, professional and high quality service!

He worked on my teeth for years and his work was also exceptional so of course I listened to him. Fast forward years later and several appointments with Dr. Amador I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Every time I've had an appointment it was quick, painless, professional, and I definitely love how clean everything is. The staff is very friendly and welcoming where they send you reminders of your next appointments so you don't forget. They even call to check on me and Dr. Amador wrote me a very nice thank you card which says a lot by going the extra mile. I put a picture of the bar/waiting room with my review where I drink the Perrier sparkling water while waiting for my appointment to start (plus several points there for that .) The equipment is very modern and advanced with a lot of new additions I didn't even realized existed until recent. I feel comfortable and right at home throughout my entire experience here. They have nice smelling candles always lit which puts me in a relaxed and peaceful state as well. I highly recommend Dr. Amador and her staff for your next dental visit!

WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!!…read more I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing.
