I knew what I wanted, but not how to go about it. Ben Vahl, the manager guided us through the process giving help and advice and answering my many questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional all along the way and by December of 2024 the book was ready for printing. Applied Digital Imaging printed up several copies of the book for a very reasonable price and it turned out even better than we had hoped. Everyone we met at ADI was not only responsive and willing to help, but also friendly and sincere. They do business the way it should be done and I highly recommend them. I called around to a few local places and was disappointed by their (lack of) customer service and willingness to help. I ended up calling Applied Digital Imaging and spoke with Kelly... She was a lifesaver! She and Ben worked to create the seating cards, talked me through formatting of our seating chart, and sent over proofs prior to printing. They were phenomenal to work with. We ended up receiving the perfect cards prior to the close of business that same day, even though we didn't need them for another 24 hrs. And the price was better than what the bride had originally paid! Special shout out to Kelly... she calmly took on a stressful situation and saved the Bride's sanity! Initially my interaction with Minuteman Press was great, they answered my questions and seemed like…read morethey were a great option. I sent my files over for a trifold I made for my grandparents celebration of life as well as an obituary insert. I asked for a test copy to be printed so that I could make sure it printed correctly. No one responded to my emails about coming in to see the copy, so I called and was told it had been ready for me. When I went in to check it over I noticed the insert had been printed wrong so we talked about how it needed to be corrected and he said he would do that, and I sent over a corrected file. I was told it would be ready the day before I had to leave but had to call a few times before I could get an answer as to whether the order was ready or not. I had to send my husband to pick up the order right before we left town for the funeral. When we checked them, the inserts had been printed wrong, and over 50% of my trifold prints were bent on the inner fold in 1-2 places. I had asked that the insert not be glossy, but they were printed on glossy paper. Since they were late in printing and we had to leave town, I couldn't reprint them before the funeral. When I got home, I called a few times and left messages asking to talk with someone about this issue. Three different employees took my name and number and assured me that either the person who had worked with me for printing or the manager would return my call. I never received a call back. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience and won't be using Minuteman Press ever again and I will make sure anyone who asks hears an honest review. I am very forgiving and I wasn't just trying to get a refund, I wanted to give feedback and let them know that I was disappointed with the product provided as this was an important event for my family in honoring our dearly loved parents/grandparents. Usually business owners appreciate feedback in order to improve the service they offer. Needless to say, I would offer zero stars if that were an option.

Those folks who have a PMB (personal mail box) and receive packages will get notices in their box. Since I'm one of them I know that PMB customers form a line on the left. Since we are picking up our packages one of the staff will step aside to assist us. We are not cutting in line! Amazon returns form the line on the right. There is an Amazon checkout kiosk that is fast and easy. If no one is using it. Do yourself a favor and use it. You'll be in and out in no time. Unless.... You have misread the rules for your return. Moral? Understand your return. For all of the people waiting in a line out the door being rude does not help anyone. Like I said, the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. But they can only take one person at a time.

I am so glad I discovered this place…read more I wanted some yard signs printed. I checked several other companies, but they were all too expensive or would take too long. Then I found Lithtex. They were friendly, helpful AND reasonably priced. (They have a discounted price structure based on volume ). I ordered 10 signs. Lithtex promptly did some minor artwork and setup at no cost. The order turned out so well, I ordered another 30 signs. Again, very prompt service and at another reduced cost because of volume. I highly recommend.

And after I had again completed them, I pulled them out of the machine and realized that the printer must have been going out of ink because it printed very poorly. I brought these copies up to the front and stood in the middle between 2 different cashiers. One of them was busy, so I turned to the young lady instead, saying, "Are you free down there?" She completely ignored me, which was pretty embarrassing because customers (a total of 2 in the store) were looking at me, and her peers were staring at her. Then back at me. To fill the awkward silence, I said, "Excuse me, ma'am?" Without hesitation or without looking up, she responds, "I am busy right now!" Abruptly and with a spicy tone. I told her that that wasn't very courteous, but to no prevail. She continued in silence with her head down. I left without getting my money back or having the work redone and in a sad mood. I never want to see her face again.
