When I said I couldn't do that and that I wanted her to look at a spot, she said my time was up and I have to make another appointment. I was in shock. This visit was me listening to her sell numerous things she could do to my skin, instead of her actually checking a spot on my body. The front office staff and manager helped me tremendously after my visit and I'm extremely grateful for them. I'm looking for another dermatology office now. After seeing the numerous cases similar to mine keep happening, I hope this company knows what to do to stop losing patients.

I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back. The person who I talked to the first time on the phone was not the manager. The actual manager called me back and had seen the photos from the previous review. He apologized over and over and asked that I come back to have them fixed. When I returned to the salon, I was seated immediately and they got to work. The manager came and spoke with me in person and said that the first man who did my pedicure unfortunately lied during his interview and had said that he had worked in a salon for 6 years, in reality it had only been 2 days and I was one of his first clients. They were so nice and apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for me or someone else to use towards my next visit. Thank you so much for acknowledging the mistake and fixing it. I was told it was my own fault that I needed to have acrylics done. I am a 50 year cosmetologist. I haven't done acrylic nails for myself for 25 years and gel for 10. He treated me like I was ignorant and refused to help me. I explained to him I merely want to schedule an appointment again with someone in the salon who knew what they were doing as I was just pleased with Sophia's work. Very disappointing. I have no complaints about them as they are all extremely friendly. I just have one observation: the number of shots you need might be off. The girl told me I needed a certain amount ( I wanted to be fine for an upcoming trip, yet when the two weeks passed, I saw I still had lines between my eyebrows, while 2 years ago I could not frown even if I tried. I went back, and she applied two other shots for me for free, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if it's a lack of experience on the technician, but I am a little bit sadabout that. During my trip, I still have my 11 or whatever is called to those lines when you frown. Yes, it's cheaper, but it doesn't totally do the job. I hope they work on that and improve because they are very nice people.
