They set me up with a Dr to discuss my issues. She took a biopsy of my neck and froze some precancerous tissue from my check. My biopsy was positive for basal cell cancer and they immediately set up an appointment with Dr Hill to remove it. The staff was awesome and Dr Hill was gentle, telling me exactly what was going on the whole time. I'm glad that my Yelp review was handled, along with my uneasiness that pushed me for answers. I will continue to use them when necessary and for follow ups.

I would not recommend this school based on the behavior of the staff. One staff member in particular tends to single out students and runs the environment more like a dictatorship than a supportive learning space. From what I've observed--and based on other reviews--the school has a pattern of dismissing or belittling students who share honest feedback(on google)they don't agree with. It's disheartening to see an institution prioritize money over student wellbeing and growth. I suggest looking into other schools that truly value and support their students throughout the entire educational journey--not just during enrollment.

The person who I talked to the first time on the phone was not the manager. The actual manager called me back and had seen the photos from the previous review. He apologized over and over and asked that I come back to have them fixed. When I returned to the salon, I was seated immediately and they got to work. The manager came and spoke with me in person and said that the first man who did my pedicure unfortunately lied during his interview and had said that he had worked in a salon for 6 years, in reality it had only been 2 days and I was one of his first clients. They were so nice and apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for me or someone else to use towards my next visit. Thank you so much for acknowledging the mistake and fixing it.
