This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned.

She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I got a crown about a week ago and thought nothing about getting it at this practice because of my past experience at Pinnacle Modern Dentistry. It was not a good experience. There are two reasons for this: the dental assistant was bad and the dentist didn't take the time and care needed when doing my crown. Getting xrays done by the dental assistant was excruciating. I don't think she knew what she was doing. Eventually she called in a person who had done my xrays before and he was good. When she was assisting the dentist, she sprayed water straight down my throat which felt like I was drowning. When I came back to talk about my dissatisfaction with my crown, I had to repeat over and over that it was too small and not symmetric with the other tooth on the other side of my mouth. When I became frustrated, all she said is that she was trying to find out what was wrong so she could tell the dentist. I wondered why the dentist was not asking me directly. The dentist was good with respect to numbing me before the crown extraction and doing the extraction itself. The dental assistant then did the laser measuring for the new crown that was to be made. Again I don't think she knew how to do it correctly. Once the crown was put in my mouth, I was asked how it felt and I said fine, although I was so numb I couldn't feel it. I was asked to sign something stating that I liked the crown. I signed it but it is obvious I should not have done so. Once the numbing wore off, I could immediately tell that the tooth was too small, too short and not symmetric with the other side of my mouth. The dentist said it was a good crown and I asked her what would be needed to rectify the situation. She told me that a new crown was the only option. I decided that I did not have the confidence in this dental practice to get a new crown, especially with the current dental situation so I went elsewhere.
