The tile we had them place in the bedroom was not in the orientation that I asked them to place it. A border piece was not glued down and when their installer came back to re-glue it I asked him about the tile orientation and why it wasn't done the way I requested and he told me he was never told about the orientation issue so he just did what he thought was best.
