They were very professional, neat & personable. The 1st 2 pictures are of the old crappy Dura Ceramic flooring that was literally flaking up & the rest are pictures of the new floor. They don't shave/cut bedroom and closet doors to fit once you have new carpeting installed. They had to know this would happen- I replaced cheap carpeting with new 1/4 in plywood, thick padding, and carpet. So my flooring looks great, but my house not so much since 3 closet and 2 bedroom doors are missing. Now it's up to me to find a contractor who will take care of this small problem (a big one for me- not safe to have no bedroom doors in case of fire).

Her responding message was telling me that the quote wasn't actually on what we discussed and said that if I wanted to have what we discussed, I would have to pay more money, because "it did not include. Both sides of the door, and the priming was only on small spots where they would spackle not the entire wall like we had discussed. They also stated that they "needed clarification on why I was OK with the price now." as if that was any of their business. When I called them to ask why they needed clarification on price I gave it to them. While I was giving it to them, she kept cutting me off and trying to justify her price increases and would not let me speak. She then spent the next 20-30 minutes trying to justify why she was trying to jack up my price. The lady was extremely rude. Cut me off every time I tried speaking. This is a classic bait and switch, and I would never use this company just because of that. If I had just agreed to the original price without trying to get a lower one, I never would've found that I wasn't getting the entire job done. I would've only gotten half the job done and would've been out $1000. I would then be forced to either pay them more money to finish the job since they already started or have another company come and redo it. Never deal with a company who uses bait and switch and changes their offer after the fact, and tries to lie. Especially with contracting work, because you will be up creek without a paddle.

The next Day there was a piece that was sticking up enough to scrap the bottom of my Foot. I called them and they told me if would cost me another $300 to fix it right. my thoughts was why wasn't it don't right the second time. so they came and fixed it with me having to pay another $300 plus I had to buy to more boxes of the laminate. I also wanted some tile work done in my bathrooms and window sills that he gave me a quote on and told me to get the materials, so I did. That day he told me they didn't have time to do it, but would be back on Monday of next week. I then notice I had another plank they replaced sticking up out of the floor. I didn't see it because the pulled my area rug over top of it. the only reason I noticed it was because I stepped there and hear a crack. I then pulled the carpet up and noticed it. They did the same thing as the other one . They just cut a piece and glues it down instead of locking and attaching it in as it's designed to do. I then texted him and asked about they finishing the job with tile that I went out and bought the materials a month ago and sent them a picture of the laminate piece that they did. it showed the holes in and you can see the sub floor. I texted because thats how they always communicated. They would not respond to me. I then called and wouldn't answer. These men also did damage to my lawn my pouring out their buckets in my grass and left a bunch of pieces of laminate my grass without cleaning it up. I told them the second time they came to work in my driveway and not my grass. I even put a drop cloth out for them. They gave me a little attitude instead of just saying ok no problem. I also noticed that one of my receptacle cover was moving from being hit or something. I asked the father if he could put a little caulk around it for me and he seemed angry and said he didn't do that. He had a caulk gun right there, and I didn't say he did it. I do have pictures to share and will be taking action for the floor repairs. I just don't want to see them do this to anyone else. They are lazy and not professionals and will do all short cuts that won't last
