Unable to find 4 matches for me before 5 years had passed that were above 5'6" or an appropriate age (I am a "young" and reasonably fit, strong and healthy 67), or in an appropriately matched financial position. More than one match expressed similar experience with this service. Mike Green seems like a nice enough guy, but his defensive tricks feel dishonest. The paper towel photo is from one swipe of the kitchen floor. Paid $40 extra to have the ceiling fans cleaned, they are caked with dust. Windows are filthy. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don't have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can't even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I'm now stuck cleaning the house myself before move in at 6 months pregnant.
