They take notes of what was used in session so that for next time, they can pull up the information from their booklet to use the same one. Unfortunately, I don't have many lashes to begin with so I usually just go with express set and I usually have to wait a couple of months before doing them again so that my lashes grow back. Normally I can get a refill once before I let them rest though. These lashes last for a long time too. Perhaps 4-5 weeks for me and you can still see them, whereas with other places, it was only 3 weeks. It's also hard not to fall asleep during the session because their memory foam portable beds are so comfortable! Book an appointment at least 1.5-2 weeks ahead if you're looking for a specific time/date. It takes 1-2 hours depending on your lashes and what you want. They have a phone number where you can text for appointments or you can message via Yelp.

Heidi made sure to explain the process fully and carefully created the colour that I was looking to achieve. To help her with the colour I had in mind, I brought the lip tint that I normally used. She then crafted the colour with her pigments and ensured that I was happy with the colour prior to applying it. Keeping in mind that everyone's pain tolerance level is different, I did not feel uncomfortable or in pain during the actual process (numbing cream was used before the process begun). Heidi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire lip blushing process. Upon completion, she thoroughly explained the healing and aftercare process. Again, keeping in mind that everyone's skin will react differently, my lips were pretty swollen after. However, as advised by Heidi, the swelling subsided after 2 days and the whole healing process took about 6 days for all the scabs to come off. Thank you Heidi for doing such a wonderful job!

While browsing places to get microblading done for my mom, I came across Oh My Lash and Brow on Yelp. What stood out the most, were the before and after pictures of Heidi's previous clientele. Add in the $250 for $450 voucher and the relative close distance to my house, and I was sold. Next, it was easy calling in and making an appointment for the next day; and Heidi gave useful directions over the phone, for getting to her unit number within the plaza - she is located on the second floor; & once you get up the stairs, there are large signs above each door in the hallway letting you know of which business is which. The overall process took about 3 hours, with the majority of the time being spent on the pre-procedure tasks including: initial information session on microblading, consultation, and sketching of the eyebrows. My mother is a very picky woman so they had to be perfect before we could move on haha - I appreciate Heidi's patience. The actual procedure took anywhere from 30-60 minutes and a lot of numbing agent is applied to the area before and during the procedure to eliminate any pain sensations. Heidi also continually checked in with my mom asking her if she was ok and/or feeling any pain. Another great point to mention was Heidi's obvious knowledge and experience performing this procedure. She gave us plenty of information in the beginning regarding risks, signs of infection to look for following the procedure, and she was sure to explain the sterility of the microblading tools she would be using. [Cool to note that she even staples the freshly opened package to each client's consult form.] With my mom and I both being nurses, we were very happy to see that detail and attention were put into the health safety of the procedure, which involves needles and the breakage of skin, therefore carrying a high potential of transmission of infections. Overall, my mom and I were very happy with the results, the entire process and this wonderful microblading experience with Heidi. She gifted us with another voucher to help spread the word and I will definitely be sure to pass it to a friend. It is well worth the time and money spent! Emily is very skilled in shaping the nails and making it last a long time. Lucky is good at making nails look delicate and dainty. Both ladies are very talented. I heard that the guy who works at tang tang is also very good. My friends request for him when Lucky and Emily are busy or off that day. The people who work there are very nice and help each other out, which is really sweet. The people there take their time to do a good job, even though it's extremely busy at times. I suggest to call in to book an appointment instead of walking in. This salon is a good location to go to if you're looking for the Korean jewelled nail trends. But they can pull off basically anything you show them. Tang tang also has a loyalty card. When you reach a certain amount, you are eligible for a free jewel on your next walk in. Which is really nice since the jewels start at $5+ each. Another thing to keep in mind is that they ONLY do gel nails. They do acrylic removals for $10. From my experience going to tang tang's, I think their goal for long term clients is to maintain good and healthy growth in their clients nails (like all genuinely good nail salons). There have been a few times where my nails have cracked or broke from my own faults, but the ladies there suggested to only fix the broken nails rather than scamming you for a brand new set. If you have any concerns on damage to the nails or things you are unsure of, don't be afraid to voice out your worries. The ladies there fully explain to you the process and give them their opinions (if you ask) on the best nail maintenance and which options are the best wait to prevent breakage. I really hope that things start opening up soon so I can go back. I highly recommend this place to ladies who like getting their nails done. Or looking to commit to a specific salon. There are different technicians, but everyone is excellent. They're perfectionists and meticulous. I can tell them what I'm looking for - and they'll definitely deliver. Unlike other eyelash extension places, they always understand what I want before putting lashes on me. Best of all, these lashes LAST. The full look lasts around 3 weeks for me (Which is a miracle. Admittedly I do rub my eyes, use cleansing oil, the whole shebam.) I don't want a "I bought $1 falsies from eBay and stacked them on my eye" look. I am absolutely in love with the results! My short straight Asian lashes were transformed into the wispy fluttering lashes that I've always wanted! They looked completely natural as well and I received many compliments by friends and family on how great my lashes looked! First off, the atmosphere inside Moss was clean and fresh, and their lash stations were located in a very pretty area at the back of the store that was nice and cozy. My lash tech did a great job in making sure I was comfortable the entire time, and explained what she was doing so I was never in the dark about what was happening (even with my eyes closed haha). I got the Love Classic set and the whole process took just a little over an hour and a half. At one point I was so relaxed I ended up falling asleep! I will definitely be coming back to get fills when I can, and would gladly recommend this place to anyone wanting to amp up their lash game!
