Got my nails done here not too long ago, initially I chose this place because it said it was 35 dollars for two colours for bio gel. So I thought why not, because getting it done regularly where I live is around 60. After showing them what I want they slowly increased the price to 65 and I was confused but the lady said because it's ombré she will have to charge more. Although different nail salon have told me this design is simple and really popular so I don't get why they boost the price up that much. Anyways, I went along with it because I didn't have time to look for a new place. I wouldn't have been mad at the price if the result was worth it. I went here and they were very very welcoming! I have Christine did my nails, she was super nice and understandable, she suggested me to do oval, I wasn't that much trust in oval since my past nail techs don't do them so good, but she did them SUPER good, the shape was on the point, and she was very patient with me when I'm picking out a color, definitely recommend, ask for Christine! read more

I called to book an appointment for 4:30 pm today. When I arrived the nail tech explained they are only accepting cash payments. I wish I was told that in advance, I had to leave the mall to head to TD. Anyway Before the nail tech started on my nails I asked her how much would be it ? She said 45 dollars. Later the price changed to 77 dollars because I wanted a French manicure. I was confused, since she began I let her continue with my nails. Thankfully I took out extra money, I think they just give out random prices, they just make it up as they go. Not worth the money... read more

Worst experience! Not even worth one star!! I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one. Paid $30 for bio gel. No manicure was done, the nail tech started straight with just shaping the nail and file the top of the nails, did not sanitize my hand, did not push or trim cuticles. During application, the nail polish was not smooth, it had a wavy uneven texture base on what the nail tech said, the polish shrunk after drying. She still applies the acrylic gel to set the uneven polish as she explains she will fix it after. All she did was adding another thin layer of the nail polish on top of the acrylic gel, it appeared smooth but ended up peeling the second day after the application. By day three, three nails chipped/pealed, and a very obvious gap between the polish and the skin because she did not push back the cuticles to apply the polish close to the edge of the nail. read more

I went here for the first time today and am very happy with the quality of work. I can only comment on Coco as I specifically asked for her after reading reviews. I got shellac nails done ($20+tip) - it took 45 minutes including removal of my previous shellac polish. She cleaned my nail bed and shaped my nails really well. The polish she applied was even and not too thick or lumpy. They also have a TV on the wall so I was able to enjoy a movie while my nails were being done. -1 star because I feel they can add a couple steps to their process e.g. using manicure scissors to clean up cuticles, applying lotion/cuticle oil. Also it was really cold in the store yesterday. But overall really great! read more

I've been getting my nails done with coco for 3 years now and never have any complaints I only come in 1ce a month and my nails last till the 4th week (it's usually when I start picking at them lol) she's professional and super sweet. I've had no reason to go elsewhere, she previously worked at another nail salon and i moved to be with her haha. She's very attentive and if you don't like something she'll fix it without that "ugh fine" attitude. Very helpful in color combinations and letting me know what will work best and what won't. I'm always super satisfied after getting my nails done, and I like my nails thin and she makes sure I get what I want. My nails are the same length and width. She doesn't upcharge me crazy amounts and always helps me get the most for my dollar. I always ask for coco when I get there. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!!! These Amazing ladies know what their doing, very intricate and clean realistic work on my nails. I was in the area and did my nails at their Salon by chance 3 months ago and I've been travelling all the way back to them from South Etobicoke since. It's well worth the 35 minute drive for me. My nails never chip, never break and are always secure and in tact for weeks, talk about great quality and longevity. They always look professional, I always get compliments of their clean look. I've been doing my nails other places for years now and these Awesome women know what great quality is. Appointments are easy to make and no wait time at all. First time getting my nails done at P Mall and since my friend gets hers done at CiCi nails all the time and they look good, I decided to give it a try. Prices are normal, was expecting cheaper prices for a nail salon in P Mall but oh well. But anyways, I got a refill and my nails look good. I like that they have a lot of glitter to choose from and that your nails are dipped in the jars of glitter instead or it being just a glitter nail polish (gives your nails more of a pop). As for colours, they had less than your average nail salon to choose from but I ended up getting pink with two silver glitter nails. Service is what you would expect at P Mall--not friendly and borderline rude. I'd probably go back here to get my nails done but only if I were in the area. I don't think I'd mission here every two weeks for nails to be honest. read more

I went to their other studio at Yonge and Sheppard for a shellac manicure and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I had a deep cuticle cut and was bleeding a lot. The colouring was done terribly and the edges of my fingernails were sharp and uneven. Worst of all I had to go to the doctor to treat for an infection caused by the cut. My friend and I went here today, the nails we got were super thick and uneven. As much as we wanted it fixed, they kept telling us they HAD to make it thick without letting us explain. My first AND LAST time coming here. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

Got shellacs done here yesterday and I must say the services was poor. The assistant did not even acknowledge me, kept pushing my hand to indicate to place under UV. She was too busy watching the tv show and the tables and equipment were filthy. On top of that the shellac peeled off in couple of hours and I had to go back to get it fixed. Went to the same assistant and she was explicitly rude and dismissive even though I had tipped her previously. Would not recommend to go here, there are better places at the mall with adequate customer service. read more
