No one showed , and kept pushing the appointment further in the day. Contact was not made on behalf of the company , and they never showed. Attempted to give them a second chance because they stated they would do it for free to make up for their error. They again were late the next day for that appointment . Upon arrival they did not even have a vacuum cleaner that worked . They had to use mine !! How does a cleaning service not have a vacuum ?? They were there for approximately 2 1/2 hours for a 1,500 sq foot home , and then invoiced me for $386 for a service that was suppose to be complimentary !!! Stating they were charging me for needing 3 people which was never asked for . Keep in mind they quoted us originally $75 a hour ... so where did the suspicious $386 for 2 /2 hrs come from. When we called to discuss the dishonesty ,and unprofessionalism with Monica ( owner ) . She stated we were being racist because she is Spanish and we asked for her business license number and name. As well as a letter of good standing in the county the business was licensed in . What does race have to do with anything ? What does that have to do with you running a company ? Why are you using that as a default go to when you are clueless about how to run a business and the required documentation in georgia for a license . Skip over this company and save yourself a headache . There are so many more reliable cleaning services in the area who actually know how to be on time , have proper cleaning equipment , and won't try to uncharge you for a semi decent cleaning job

I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.
