I HIGHLY recommend Pristine Clean and here's why... What's the number one thing you are concerned about when letting "strangers" in your home to provide any service?? Trust. I expressed this concern to Abigail from the beginning and haven't thought twice about it since. I know my home and belongings are in good hands with her and her crews. Abigail is well known in this great community and for good reasons. This is also why she is successful and able to provide cleaning services in a unique and comfortable way. While I certainly try not to wear her out with picky matters, I know I can comfortably make reasonable requests without worrying about upsetting anyone. I love coming home to a pristine clean home and she makes this happen. Lastly, she uses products that I would use myself. Premium price equals premium service! I have no idea who Robert J. B. is, but find it entertaining that he wrote his review after being "told that I was no longer a client". I don't know the story behind this at all and there are always two sides, but seeing this and Abigail's response makes me admire her as a successful business woman even more. I recently hired Pristine Clean to clean my Gainesville home and was not impressed by their shoddy work. The owner's business card states 'EXCELLENCE IS SEEN,' and yet all I saw when I inspected their work were unvacuumed/unmopped floors, dusty blinds hanging askew, rugs not shaken out, sinks left uncleaned...the list goes on and on. To make matters worse, when I tried to politely offer constructive criticism to the owner and point out her employees' apparent shortcomings, I was quickly told that I was no longer a client and that they would not be back! If what you're looking for is hurried, unfinished, subpar work, then by all means, call Pristine! It's all in the eye of the beholder. read more

I loved having a Pristine Clean assistant at my event! It was so nice not having to worry about refilling appetizers, cleaning dishes, keeping the bathroom clean, and keeping the house tidy while my guest mingled! When everyone left and I had NO MESS!! My assistant cleaned everything and made sure to put all the left over food in containers and in the fridge for me! Literally people left and all I had to do was relax!
