Very large portions justify the prices ($15 for the box, $12 for the platter, and $10/$11 for just a single gyro). I barely finished half of my food it was so much. The grape leaves were something new for me to try and were very interesting in flavor- and I did like them very much. The hummus she let us sample and it was phenomenal. My husband got the lamb gyro platter which comes with rice and two pita wraps to make gyros with all the food they load up on the tray. He said the rice was awesome. This is one of those very hidden gems that doesn't deserve to be hidden.

My food arrived, it was tasty however the cook sat at a table near me to take a short break. He was friendly but I watched him pick his nose, look at what was on his finger then wipe it on the underside of the table. Needless to say I was done eating, it took everything I had to keep my food down. Will I go back, I guess it will depend on who is cooking. He absolutely ruined my second experience there. I didn't see him wash his hands when he went back to work so I wonder what happened before he made my food. I do not normally leave reviews but I had to share this.

Dined in 15 November 2023…read more Huddle House was a convenient choice. Strangely, phone services were down that day, so I could not use my trust Yelp app to find dining recommendations, so we stopped at the first place we saw. We stopped in around 1pm. Upon entry, we were greeted and told to sit wherever we chose. There were already two sets of diners seated, and we chose a table on the opposite side so we could look out the window. Within a few minutes of sitting, the waitress brought the menu and took our drink order. That came out timely. We ordered soon after. I ordered the chicken strips with fries, and my companion ordered a breakfast burrito. For what we ordered and the small number of other diners, I feel like it took a long time to prepare. When the food finally came out, my fries and chicken strips were very crispy [= overdone, dry]. I didn't complain; I just ate the damn thing. My companion, who had a breakfast burrito, was offered ketchup. I used my ranch as dipping sauce for both my fries and chicken strips since there was no ketchup on the table and the waitress walked away before I could ask for some since she didn't offer me any. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it's a regular occurrence. I guess I'll never know! Overall, it was okay.

It makes those holidays dinners quick and easy! The side took a bit to cook but worth the wait. The macaroni and cheese was the best! Creamy and flavorful! My family loves the baked cinnamon apples and mashed potatoes are a must! The ham is always the star of the show, nice brown sugary crust on the side and easy warm up instructions. Honey Baked Ham made the holiday dinner quick and less hassle and mess. While I was ordering the ham & picking up sides, I got a tavern club on rye to go. I love the thick slices of ham, turkey, bacon and cheddar cheese. They pair with lettuce and tomato and Duke's honey mustard(I skipped on the mayo). It's a sizable sandwich and weight but delicious nonetheless.

It has the distinction of being located right across from the Jefferson mall and also across from a wal mart. Unlike most major roads with customer bases businesses outer loop does not have many gas stations at all. Pretty easy to maneuver in and out of as they have an outer loop entrance and a side street entrance on smithon lane. Gas prices are always right on par with other places and the inside is usually pretty well maintained.
