When you're at the beach, a good market is key. Minit Market was the place. From getting water by the case, to being able to buy packaged goods, it had everything you need for a beach day vacation or just day to day life. Conveniently located near our hotel on Baltimore Ave, it was easy to get water for the beach. The homemade Rice Krispie treats and banana bread looked amazing, as did the pizza and pickle barrel. The prices were fair, the market was clean, and the workers were quick when checking out.

Great local and convenient market just steps away from our hotel. Small spot with an easy to follow layout to easily find what you're looking for. Checkout was quick and simple

How is this place rated below 4 stars? It is the best quick-stop grocery store in OC, period. For those of us who know, we know: this deli is fantastic. They have a butcher. There are lines for breakfast sandwiches and donuts... and these lines are for a reason. They have bacon! Get yourself a BLT. Shoutout to the owner who is always there--stocking shelves, making sure sprinkles are on donuts (she does it herself!), and everything in between. You are the absolute best! We personally don't know her or have any connection to her... but she really cares. Tip: come before 8:30am to get donuts. Otherwise they may sell out. They are better than anything else in OC. Don't waste your time on Fractured Prune.

Great little convenience store that makes donuts, breakfast sandwiches & dinners. Get there early after opening to score breakfast pastries. We got the last 2 sticky buns the 2nd day (@ 8:20 AM). Amazing! Never saw the cinnamon rolls . When the locals swing by for "the usual" breakfast you know it's good. We got $10 dinners there & the pot roast was exceptional. Wife had the grilled cheese for lunch. Got dog treats 1 day & the lady told me they were "dog friendly" so I brought my pooch in later that day. He really enjoyed the smells and treats. This was walkable for us & im glad we discovered this little gem!

I decided to check this place out because I found it on yelp and I likes the many reviews that touted its many homemade specialties; fries chicken, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and deli. We needed baby Tylenol/ibuprofen for teething baby, hotdogs (vaca bribe for the kids), and a few donuts couldn't hurt either. It was a very quick walk from the hotel and right near the Jolly Roger (kids were super excited). Outside looks super dumpy but inside it is clean, well organized and stocked, and everyone was super friendly. We found everything we needed, at reasonable prices. We watched them make their first batch of donuts and the kids got to pick out their topping too. The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful with them and I enjoyed the conversation while the smell of fresh donuts waiffed through the air. Their deli and fresh meats looked good, a score for people with a full kitchen and grill. They have a well stocked grocery (and all the infant and children's medicine you need on vaca), they also have fresh fruit and veggies too (including local corn). The breakfast sandwich I got was awesome, tons of bacon. I'm coming back at lunch for their fried chicken since they're batting 100% right now. Also, their beer and wine are also well priced, as an example, their real sangria is a few dollars less than the competition.

I bought 10 steaks and half of them were full of fat. The donuts were delicious though. I remember them having good steaks and cold cuts.

Great family owned local place. Reasonable prices and can find pretty much anything you need here.

A very tiny market, but working hours needs to be updated during covid. The Apple Maps said it was supposed to be open, but it was not.

I had a pleasant shop this afternoon, picking up some of ALDI's great keto bread, cheese, meats, a…read morebag of cashews and a big bag of pork rinds. The layout here is the same as just about every other ALDI I've shopped - dry goods, produce, frozen, beer and wine. Prices were clearly marked and they're great. Like other ALDI stores, you need to bring your own shopping bags or buy them at the register. You can also take their cardboard boxes if that's your preference. And you need to have a quarter for your deposit on the shopping cart, which you'll get back when you return it. [Review 18147 overall - 664 in Maryland - 1669 of 2022.]

This location is larger than the one I shop near home, the interior warm and inviting one to spend! And, it wasn't crowded. Meaning, this place hasn't caught on with the locals. Larger stores can mean items you may not find in all stores. I got what I needed and $140 later I was done. I also know some of these groceries will be going back to Baltimore with me. In this age of Bidenflation, I'm grateful for Aldi. My home for everyday essential items. And, the staff is friendly enough as their display the spirit of the Eastern Shore. Stop by en route to the beach. It's right off EB 50 and six miles outside OC. If you're heading to north OC, get there by going WB on 50 and turn right on Racetrack Rd and follow to 90. So easy.

Of the two pre-packaged, which is the only way they sell organic vegetables here, green bell peppers (there were no other peppers available) and--again, pre-packaged--two cucumbers I bought, I had to throw away all of one pepper, most of the other, and the larger of the two cucumbers the very day after I purchased them. What a waste of money! As for the organic lettuce (pre-packed variety, naturally), it was conveniently located directly under the sign "CONVENTIONAL" on the opposite wall from the clearly labeled ORGANIC section... ???... As I eat a vegan diet, fruits and vegetables are the most important part of my shopping list, so I was at a loss. However, I decided to check out my other options in the rest of the store. The supermarkets I usually shop at carry some non-dairy options, like Tofutti cream cheese and sour cream, Daiya "cheese" blocks, slices, and shreds, and soy creamer. Here, all I could find were soy milk and a limited selection of tofu.

This location is aways my favorite. One of many stores I go when I'm at Ocean City Maryland. Even…read moreIt not get best of the best.
