Serpentine Jewelry is a hidden gem and the kind of local business you want to support. Rich, the…read moreowner, is incredibly friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. We brought in 10+ watches to have the batteries replaced (yes, really), and Rich handled all of them quickly and efficiently while we waited. No hassle, no upselling--just great service at very reasonable prices. While we were there, we also purchased a beautiful gold bracelet for our newborn niece. When we later brought it back to be engraved, Rich did it free of charge, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. It's a small store, but the service and care you get here are huge. Honest work, fair pricing, and genuine kindness--you don't find that everywhere anymore. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Serpentine Jewelry to anyone looking for quality service and a great local jeweler.
