At nearly 3pm after wandering halfway across Lisbon, my stomach was grumbling. I spotted this Minipreço and popped in. Less a convenience store and more of a mini market, I was hard pressed to find much that was "eat now." You could easily do a good food shop here with grocery, produce, frozen, drinks, meats and a full aisle of wine.
I spotted a bottle of vinho verde for only €4 so that went into the bag for later. A piece of "pizza bread" would be my snack from the bakery section. Easily enough, though not ideal.
Prices overall looks good (but I have a strong US dollar on my side). The lady who rang up my sale spoke Portuguese but I was able to get through a "no" for a bag and hand her cash for the sale. Easy.
