I am giving this ice cream parlor four stars because the inside seating wasn't accessible, only outside seating. It was very cold and windy to where we decided to get back in our car to finish our ice cream then leave. So not ideal when you come with two small children towards the evening/night. But overall I would like to come back in the summer, I know we would enjoy the outdoor seating.
