(Suadero is a super moist pulled pork meat. Such a great flavor and the texture is perfect. Try it and you'll love it too.) There's a couple things that I miss from Southern California taco spots and this one has them both. Number one, great carne asada (fresh and seasoned well!) Number two, and the most missed thing for me, is fresh cut radishes and cucumbers. So many taco trucks miss these essential sides and it really makes the taco experience much better in my opinion.
