I was able to walk to see what would be my unit and made a decision to rent with them that same day. They are in a great location and easy access from Hwy 76. I really like the fact that they have carts available to help you move your things. One of the rolling carts is in bad shape and might need replacing, but the others are in good shape. We have a unit as well as a spot to store our boat trailer on the Hwy 187 location near I85. The…read moreplace is clean and well maintained. They have security cameras covering it. The folks in the office are very nice, efficient, and accommodating. Our unit was being cleaned out by the prior occupants. They took our credit card info, then called when it was available. They are very flexible on use of the parking for our trailer and will allow us to put the boat trailer as well as a small utility trailer in the same spot. Bottom line it's a higher quality place with rates that are lower than expected. We couldn't be happier.

They replied promptly, their rep was very professional and the quote was reasonable. On moving day, the guys were on time, respectful, worked efficiently and took great care with our belongings.
