Great I had a great experience with Clemson Climate Storage…read morein Pendleton, SC. The women at this location were super helpful and very knowledgeable about the units, prices and availability. I was able to walk to see what would be my unit and made a decision to rent with them that same day. They are in a great location and easy access from Hwy 76. I really like the fact that they have carts available to help you move your things. One of the rolling carts is in bad shape and might need replacing, but the others are in good shape. We have a unit as well as a spot to store our boat trailer on the Hwy 187 location near I85. The…read moreplace is clean and well maintained. They have security cameras covering it. The folks in the office are very nice, efficient, and accommodating. Our unit was being cleaned out by the prior occupants. They took our credit card info, then called when it was available. They are very flexible on use of the parking for our trailer and will allow us to put the boat trailer as well as a small utility trailer in the same spot. Bottom line it's a higher quality place with rates that are lower than expected. We couldn't be happier.

My family and I have rented 3 different units from Patina Storage over the past few years. One…read moreindoor, climate controlled and 2 large units outside. Patina Storage is like no other storage place out there. Due to travel with a previous job, I have used a number of different commercial storage facilities through the years. More than I would like to admit. Patina Storage is nothing like any of them. Even though Patina Storage is massive, it is still locally owned; you are not just a number. The family that owns Patina Storage is absolutely wonderful; honest and trustworthy. The property is spotless, all the time. It always smells wonderful inside; which is a rare thing to notice however, I cannot stand bad smells so it is refreshing, walking into the building and it smelling so clean. Kim goes above and beyond for her customers. You will never be just a number. Any issues you may have, she always goes above and beyond what you would expect- night or day. Out of the 2ish years that we have rented from Patina Storage, there has only been 1 rate increase which was not enough to amount to anything, honestly. If you are looking for somewhere clean, consistent, and safe to store your things, do not waste your time, or money anywhere else. You will not regret putting your valuable possessions at Patina!
