The smell of the food they were cooking smelled so delicious. It was hard to not want to try the food. Sean had explained the menu to me since it was my first time going there. Joey (owner cooking on the grill) recommended sweet heat croissantwich they have that's not on the menu. A customer in line had chimed in how they had done a collab with Gooey Center cinnamon rolls and they put a maple sausage in the middle. I had ordered a few sandwiches but was only able to try the sweet heat croissantwich. This was amazing it was a crunchy yummy goodness that I can't explain. It wasn't spicy and you can taste a slight sweetness. It was the perfect bite each time. I had also ordered a hashbrown on the side. It was so crispy and it didn't need ketchup or anything else. I can't wait to come back soon to try the breakfast burger which they're known for and the S.P.E.C sandwich. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich sounded pretty popular as well. I believe the smash burgers is what started it all but you definitely gotta try it for yourself.

It's such an intimate and beautiful space with great music for ambiance. Our server Angel was so sweet. Everyone was very attentive and it felt like a family. The chef even came to greet us at the end of the meal. Such a nice touch. Now for the food. WOW! We ordered just about one of everything. It's all made to order right there in a gorgeous outdoor grill. My favorite was the sausage. It came w a perfect sauce and grilled sourdough. The chicken thighs are the juiciest and most tender I've ever had. I should've ordered more. The grilled short ribs were my next favorite, they have a nice mesquite taste. I'm not a seafood lover but I tried the paella and it didn't taste fishy at all. It was fresh and really captured that ocean essence. The rice had great heat without being too spicy. Lastly, the gem lettuce salad was the perfect cold starter to share with the table. I hear their dinner service has so much to offer with more menu options. I'm definitely going to be checking that out!

I didn't really have a specific place in mind, but just walked over to this stand first. The guys here are really chill and they move really fast and efficiently. You walk up order what you want and they prepare it for you. You pay at the end of the line. They accept, cash or Zelle. As for the vibe, it feels like you're part of a neighborhood cookout and I love it! I really do love places like this, especially if the food is really good. The tacos and mulita were excellent, and the toppings were fresh and the salsas available were all very delicious. If I come back to this area, I want to try the stand across the street as well, but this is definitely a great choice any night.

They're conveniently right off the 5 fwy and Indiana and always seem to be open. They have really come along way. They now have a taco truck posted in the street, they have descent seating for outdoor dining, the service is fast, affordable and they accept both cash and Zelle. They have expanded the menu and my fav part is the many options of garnishes they have and good salsas and many meat options. It was small and unusual from the outside, kinda sitting by itself. Anyway, I went in and there was a couple eating. They're food looked really good. I wouldn't have expected the inside to be what it was. It was a little spunky with fun wall art. It was clean, modern and cozy. It's mainly BBQ. They have many, many menu items. Lots of BBQ on skewers. I tried beef tendon skewer, chicken skin skewer, enoki mushroom in bean curd skid skewer, and lamb testicle skewer. It was all prepared with a lot of seasoning so flavor is definitely not lacking! I enjoyed all the skewers. The beef tendon was incredible. It was rich, and beefy and tender and succulent. The chicken skins were very god too. My least favorite was the lamb testicle because of texture. I had never had testicle before and I was curious! I guess I don't like balls. They had so many interesting menu items like frog, chicken head! They also have lots of "normal" meats. Lots of vegetable plates. I'd like to return. They have a spicy beef plate that looked delicious. I believe the owners are Chinese. They also had a lot of options for drinks, like cold teas and yogurt drinks.

In terms of food, I thought it was OK to good. I actually would think this place is more 3 1/2 stars but I'm rounding up because Unless a place really deserves it I don't wanna ding the score of a mom / pop type place. Also, I ordered a plate here which might not be their specialty. They look to be more of a bakery, so maybe their breads are better or their sandwiches? I'm not sure. I got a taco and enchilada plate with rice and beans. It tasted good nothing crazy. I'm thinking I should probably come back and try their tamales or tortas, or some coffee and baked goods in the morning.
