I've been to Mini Monsters a couple of times since it opened. I have to say I would love to go more often, but it's really quite expensive for what you get.
I have a nearly 3 year old, who's not the bravest of souls and will only really venture into the ballpit, or down the tiny slide there, so for £5.20 I feel it is quite expensive for what she gets out of it. When you're not allowed to bring your own food and drinks, a trip, even with one child could work out quite expensive.
Having said that, it is one of the nicer softplay areas I've been to (if the smallest) and the parent's experience is taken into consideration as much as the child. The toilet and changing facilities are the best I've seen anywhere and the food is actually pretty good too.
I'm sure I'll go back again as it is a very good place to meet and catch up with other mums but I think they need to consider some sort of loyalty or annual pass scheme as, unless you've only got an under 1 year old it is too expensive to make it a regular thing. read more
