I am glad my husband thought to go to it last night though. It was one of the most quite and calm grocery stores we have been to in a very long time. On our way in, we saw a red wasp trying to walk in, lol(it looked like he had a hard day). But we were there to see what this location was like, since we had not been in it, and to check out the pricing. Like I said before, I am glad he thought to go in. We really enjoyed the calmness. We did not feel like we were being rushed through, like at some other grocers, we have gone to. The cashier we had at checkout was very nice, she made our experience in checkout very smooth. It made for a great experience overall.We did manage to pick up a little dinner selection yesterday evening on our trip(After running an errand, we came home and had a couple pulled pork sandwiches from the deli that we picked up,after adding some extra sauce and a little reheat, they were just yummy. They were part of the fresh made daily selection they had).We will definitely be back, for this hidden gem in our very own town.

I do believe it could be a supply issue due to the economy trying to catch back up. The items here are also a little overpriced compared to other stores like Reasor's and Walmart. One thing I do want to point out is that Homeland has really good sushi. Their sushi is made daily every morning and is always really good. That's impressive because many places have no idea how to make good sushi.

I used to have somewhat of a comfort shopping here as apposed to Walmart. They usually have some sales, however the store has shrank down everything but the wine . Very disappointed . I don't know why they were both SO hard and not good! Walmart makes better Apple fritters but you can't eat those because they coat them with an inch of that white pasty super sweet icing. Reasors fritters were tried on different days at different times so I know they were old but both lacked really yummy fritter crispy outside and softer inside! There was hardly any apple chunks in the middle either! Reasors should have better bakery stuff than Walmart, I have no idea what is going on with these hockey puck fritters!

They have new delicious stuff every week. Staff is quick and helpful. Sometimes waiting in line takes a while. The store is always clean and freezing inside. Don't forget your quarter to use a cart!

My visit this evening went fairly smooth, as I already had my list in the app shopping cart, so I could remove the items as I found them. Luckily for me I know how to power walk through Walmart, so I made short work of the list at hand. For a Walmart run for the household not bad. If you have to visit, make your order for pick up through the app and you can avoid all the nerve rattling situations and screaming children.
