We're on our second cross-country road trip in three months, so we've stopped at a lot of truck stops. This one stands out for its over-the-top friendliness. We walked in, and four employees greeted us within 30 seconds. We had a small problem with one of the gas pumps, and another employee came right over to check on us. Bathrooms were spotless, which is my primary concern. Glad we ignored the bad reviews and stopped here.

I passed on the dogs because the bottoms of the buns were hard as a rock. When I tried to check in on Yelp it couldn't even find the place because it didn't have a proper mailing address when it was first built. I am working within Yelp to get that fixed and updated. When I asked the clerk some information about it today (3/28/11 at 5:51PM Trans # 21685) she asked "why?" When I told her it was for internet review she stated "the owner doesn't care if we are on the internet, he owns a few other gas stations, if they can't find this one they will just go to one of his others.." It wouldn't allow me to put my employee ID in to continue the transaction. I had to go and authorize it inside. To fuel trans actions, 1 for diesel and def, and another transaction just for reefer. 25 mins to fuel compared to 10 mins to fuel at other stops. Pumps are clean, men's bathroom definitely needed some attention. Clerk was friendly and upbeat! Probably won't stop here again. Looking for a place I can get in and get out.
