Complete rip off!! My family and I decided to go because we could do zip line and paddle boats…read more Upon arrival at 3:30pm we were told we had time to do both until 6pm with a $55 day pass. We were finished zip lining at 5:21, we went to paddle boats and was told it closed at 5pm. Huh?! We have until 6pm! As stop by the entry office to ask for a partial refund since we were lied to about the activity being available to ride. No help whatsoever! Yeah we understand but we can't refund. I ask for the manager, who is no more than 18, and she said we had 30 minutes to cancel. Girl bye! They are so wrong not to tell me the ride closed early so I could have done that first. I would NEVER go back! Ruined our spring break.

I was so amazed not even in Cali lol. This place keeps up with their maintenance. Workers definitely take care of the camp grounds with love. There are different pools to swim in. Zip lining was so much fun and the workers there make sure you are safe. There is also a hiking trail to see the flag at the top. Also, there is music playing which I love. It is such a vibe. There was live music on Saturday 6/21. Not sure if they due this every Saturday but went. Thank you so much everyone for making this a fun experience!!

I loved the first drop it was really smooth it was only the last few drops that was really shaky! Honestly I had to hover above my seat so I wouldn't be tossed on my friend lol! I scrambled off, and went another 3 times! I really recommend to ride it IF you don't have back problems because I got sore after riding it 4 times

How do I start? I show up to purchase wristbands for myself and my 10-year-old and the cashier was…read morevery aggressive and intimidating. He shouted out the total for two wristbands and I let him know there was a different price online. He shouted out to purchase the wristbands online for that price. I walked away purchased the wristbands went back to pick up the physical wristbands. He scanned the barcode and put the wristbands on our wrist. And then with a smile said the list of rides that were closed. And then said " we are short staffed and due to that we do not have employees at the rides once they get here at 12:30 then you'll be able to get on the rides" I looked at my 10-year-old and said OK we'll go walk the beach and get a bite to eat until they open up. Guess what the staff never got there! Honestly, he thought it was funny when he told me that we weren't going to be able to get on rides until the other staff got there. There were a few rides like the mini dipper and the carousel. But who buys wristbands to get on a couple rides and then get on the bumper cart. If that's the case then I would've just bought individual tickets. LET YOUR GUEST KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED AND THE PARK WILL NOT BE RUNNING AS USUAL!! I had to keep looking for staff to let us on rides and then even then I wasn't able to get on every ride. I paid for a wrist band for myself and my daughter thinking that we were going to be able to enjoy the day but we were not. I do want to point out that I'm a single mom and low income and this was supposed to be something amazing for us. $100 to Belmont Park is absolutely nothing but for me it is. And just FYI, I a lot of people kept leaving the park upset. But for them, they didn't purchase wristbands. We waited till after 5 PM hoping that as the shift changed employees would come and open up all of the rides, but that never happened. I was hoping to get my money back for the wristband, but because the employee at the counter was so aggressive I was honestly afraid to go up and ask for a refund. I'm hoping Belmont Park will make this right and provide my daughter and I with an opportunity to return to Belmont Park at no charge to us and be able to get on the rides.

We were greeted by some very quiet aliens (I think they were shy) and got to take a peak at their unique collection of retrieved flying saucers and other items. They were kind enough to let us use their phone booth to make a quick call and even let us take a photo in one of their saucers! Really nice aliens. If your flying saucer just won't fly anymore or you got it stuck in some other dimension, I would definitely recommend Coyote's. Looks like they know what they're doing!

Look no further than Coyote's Flying Saucer…read moreRetrievals and Repairs Service in the KO-PAH Mountains of Southern California outside of San Diego. When rolling up you may jokingly remark that the dry, rocky landscape looks quite Martian. Straight out of a scene with say "Captain Kirk fighting the Gorn Commander in Star Trek". Then you pass through Ocotillo, California, and spot saucers with colorful lights on them, traffic cones covered in alien sketches, and a man named Coyote sitting outside on a lawn chair in front of a vessel with a plastic bubble above his head. This is Coyote's Flying Saucer Retrievals and Repairs Service, a UFO junkyard featuring several life-size saucers, many of which can actually be driven around once Coyote is finished with his handiwork. To make the scene even more extraterrestrial, Coyote has decorated the lot with signs reading "Landing Zone," a van and some old RVs with an alien dummies inside. Add skeletons half vaporized in the backs of trucks. This is needless to say not for everyone, but there are a lot of people into this stuff. Coyote loves to share his passion for flying saucers with visitors and will typically allow his new friends to take a spin in his cart. He also occasionally screens drive-in movies like ET and the X-Files, projected onto an "asteroid" Well its actually a huge boulder that he says the aliens "dropped off" for him. Beyond a doubt Coyote believes the desert sky has visitors at night. If they happen to crash, or their hover craft Ionic compensators get reverse charged, he's got them covered. Yeah this place is nuts!

Sesame Place San Diego - Dine with Elmo and Friends buffet event at Sesame Place San Diego, CA

Looking back, I believe these children's shows helped in preparing kids for public school and learning basic socialization skills. Unfortunately, as technology evolved, Sesame Street seems less impactful and relevant. It probably even went downhill once they introduced Elmo. Anyways, Sesame Place was a bit of a letdown for our 5yo son during Spring Break. Other than water rides (which seem to open only after May) and a few rides and concession stands, there's not a lot going on. They do have some shows at a fixed schedule, but not much in between to fill the time. Very little interactive aspects and during our visit we did not see a single Sesame Street character. Like most other Yelpers, I agree that parking costs are high. We had much better experiences at Legoland and Sea World, so I would recommend either before Sesame Place. I thank Sesame Street for its role in me growing up. However, for our 5yo son, we need to keep up with the times and rely more on A.I. and customized You-Tube content.

Not a lot of food options open but enough for the crowds. Many of the small kiosks were closed. The rides had short lines and that was amazing for the students. Just enough thrill for the kids. The rapids ride was closed. Not a huge fan of animals in captivity so that part was weird but the park itself was nice, clean for the most part, and enough to do for 6-7 hours. It's a bit of a scam, you might as well buy a pass. Also, passes are cheaper online or via the SeaWorld app. The only reason I visit SeaWorld is because I enjoy nature and they're finally phasing out Shamu (it was too much abuse). Also, I'm a teacher so I get a free season pass! YAY! SeaWorld has a variety of things to do, from exhibitions to shows and rides. SeaWorld hasn't paid Sesame Street their royalties so expect to see that IP leave soon. Otherwise, there's plenty to do and enjoy. I personally love the "free" concerts over the summer and everything sea lion related. Parking is annoying and expensive, however it's necessary as there's no where outside of the park to station your vehicle and walk from.
