This is where my wife chose to eat for our birthday, which was sponsored and attended by my favorite brother. We also had the pleasure of the company of Salmon Sharon (guess what she ordered). We don't normally due this when we eat together, but this time we pulled the trigger on an appetizer that was a hearty sampler platter of goodness. After we all enjoyed this, we did our best to put a dent in our entrees. We all got something different, but my brother & I both had dishes with pork belly. I don't know if you can go wrong with their menu options, but it's hard to imagine going any righter than getting one with pork belly. It's OK but not great. Ordered the Cashew Chicken, it was cloyingly sweet and the chicken appeared to be premade, square cut chicken. not terribly appetizing. The Drunken Noodle stir fry was mostly a gray glop that both looked and tasted that way. The Basil beef was tasteless and appeared to have no basil. The Kendall Jackson Cabernet was delicious but at $12 a glass wayyyy overpriced. I can't say we'll be back since we won't. read more

Had a quick weeknight meal at Mini Drunken Noodle and enjoyed it. The service was great. Ordered the panang curry and drunken noodles and there were no leftovers. Felt it was reasonably priced as well. FYI - the parking lot is small. The food was so good! We had pork potstickers and the "summer rolls" for appetizers. So good. We then split green curry with chicken, a spicy tuna roll, and satay chicken for our main course. 2nd visit here. Greeted promptly at the door and seated. The menu can be overwhelming but after a quick study you hone in on what you like. To get us started Crab Rangoons, and a Chai Iced tea which was exceptional. The main dish today was the Drunken Noodle bowl with a side of beef added to the bowl for an extra $5. Depends on what meat you pick if you want meat added to any dish. The wife got Thai fried rice with a side of grilled chicken. That was also delicious. Great flavors in the rice. What a great place to eat. Note that they are closed for lunch! the waitress was friendly and easy going and quick to take our order. Really great food that's authentic. Sushi was some of the best if not the best we've had in Florida. It was fresh and not the frozen crap... Very layered flavors, the dishes all had depth and complexity. Service was too notch and great tucked away venue. Only gripe is the parking was tricky. Went for the first time. The front of house was very disorganized. A young women finally greeted us and said she might have a table. She disappeared then a few moments later a young man appeared; he took our name and then disappeared. They need to assign roles. Everyone did everything. We were seated and the table had not been set. We asked for water and then ordered when it came. We asked for napkins and silverware. Two orders came but our wines did not. One order was quite delayed which I hate. We needed to ask for napkins again. It was a poor experience. Toward the end a woman came out (possibly an owner) and she pitched in. I think there are two issues: staffing and training/process. The food was just ok. I will watch reviews before going back. I am noticing more and more that staffing is a real issue. It could be related to the current environment were people are being snatched off the streets only to disappear. Lastly, the ambiance was poor. read more
