Eric told me to contact him in a few months if the roof wasn't completely moss free and clear. Before I even had a chance, he reached out to me and came out for a second washing to make sure the roof was clean. Always appreciate a business that takes the necessary time and care for his customers. Definitely will use him again in the future.

We got 4 estimates, all from highly rated companies, and JCR was the most affordable. Victor came for the initial consultation, and he was excellent. That first consultation was exactly what I was looking for... no pressure or pretense, but a detailed 3 option estimate which we accepted at the middle tier. The work crew was just outstanding, led by Jose; skilled, efficient, and kind from start to finish. Victor was a great communicator throughout, and payment was exactly to the initial bid. These guys work hard, with care and skill that is evident. Our property was left cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend JCR, and I wish them great success. This is exactly the kind of experience I hope for when undertaking a project, big or small... but this one is big. I'm so glad I chose JCR Thank you!!!

Quality of the materials and of the total job was excellent. Austin, the contractor's installer, was proficient, courteous and patient during the installation. He kept us in the loop at all times. Communications with him were always two-way. He accepted our suggestions and feedback. He made our dreams happen. Regarding the value of the installation, we honestly think that the installation cost was on the high side. We were willing to pay for the advertised materials quality, 50-year warrantee and historical track record of Bath Planet/Miller Home Renovations.

Insurance and the mitigation contractors treated us so poorly that it made matters worse. Luckily their bad treatment led me to search for someone else to help us with the drywall repairs and painting. What a blessing that I found Lino! Lino answered my inquiry right away and was at my place the next day to check in out and create an estimate. He followed up promptly with the estimate and setting a date. Everything happened on time, and within the estimated time to complete. He was so courteous and professional to work with. It was great to work directly with the owner for all communications vs the large contractor where you go through the chain of the front-office, then estimator, then contractors. The work was professional and turned out great. Also, we live in a high rise which has special considerations for all project work - making it more like a commercial job. Lino and team spend a lot of time at OHSU, so they are well versed in the particulars of commercial projects. Do not hesitate to hire Lino!

They cleaned up as they went and did a great final cleanup, looked better than when they started! David is very nice and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were fast too. We couldn't be happier about our new roof. The price was also excellent and inline with what we expected. We got three estimates ranging from $7000-7900 (and one fourth one for $19,000 from DaBellas and was nuts.). Our roof is 2200 sq feet, I think. Our inside home is 1450 sq feet not including garage. The higher estimate of the three normal ones included better shingles and better materials (underlayment) and was worth it in our opinion and it's what we picked. Less nails needed in the higher end shingle as well which is a plus. Also they had a better warranty. I love that we weren't sold anything we didn't need. No surprise additional fees either. We highly recommend David and his team for any roof. Very pleasant to work with and showed up when they said they would and finished early! That's pretty rare.
