He is by far the most responsive doctor I've ever had--always prompt with follow-ups, thorough in his explanations, and genuinely invested in my well-being. His approach goes beyond the clinical; he listens, he supports, and he partners with you in your health journey. His staff is incredible as well. Between my two sons, my wife, my grandson, and myself, we have relied on Dr. Procter for a wide range of medical needs and have consistently received exceptional care. As a physician, Dr. Procter has access to many of the same medical tools, treatments, and resources as other doctors. What truly sets him apart is not the tools themselves, but the way he uses them. In today's healthcare environment, it is rare to find a physician who combines deep medical knowledge with genuine compassion, personal commitment, and an unwavering determination to help patients heal. My two sons each have unique and challenging medical conditions. Before seeing Dr. Procter, we consulted with numerous physicians and specialists without achieving meaningful results. Dr. Procter approached their cases differently. He listened carefully, thought creatively, and developed treatment plans that addressed the root causes of their issues. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, both of my sons are experiencing successful outcomes that other physicians had been unable to achieve. Dr. Procter treats patients as individuals rather than diagnoses. He takes the time to understand the whole person and is fully invested in helping his patients achieve the best possible health. His care, compassion, and dedication are qualities that have become increasingly difficult to find in modern medicine. I recommend Dr. Procter and The Well Integrative Medicine without hesitation. Our family's health and quality of life are significantly improved because of the care we receive there.

If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home.
