Their involvement and concern did not go unnoticed and reflected a commitment to customer service. We've visited Cafe Chinois over the years and have noticed changes since the passing of the previous owner and the family's transition into running the restaurant. The menu has evolved, and the overall atmosphere feels a little different than it once did. During our visit, there was some trash on the floor that remained for a while, suggesting that attention to detail may not be quite where it used to be. Even so, the excellent service from John, Jack, and David, along with the quality of my entrée, showed that the restaurant still has a strong foundation.
