The food was ok. At the pics and such i seen before i def wanted to visit. For 3 people was 93$ before tip. It was a buffet. They had cold crab legs, oysters and shrimp. I smashed on the sushi buffet part but they didnt refill any sushi that was out. They had hot Chinese food and seafood / ribs. Hibachi. They had a good variety. The vibe is kinda date-ish. It has been one week since my wife and I ate here. I have never had a more disgusting experience at a "restaurant" in my life. And before y'all say "What were you expecting," I will tell you that I have been to many buffets. Just because it's a buffet does not, in any way, justify serving food that could land people in the hospital. I have had some really excellent food at buffets and I'm sure y'all have too. Firstly, the whole selection sucked. Compared to other Asian buffets, this is sorely lacking in variety. I took a bite of cocktail shrimp and the texture was so off, I spit it in my napkin. My wife asked me to taste her Mac and cheese. It was so sour I spit it out. Like... not just sour. This thing had a life of its own and tasted like dead, rotting flowers. Then her eyes grew big with horror. She pointed to a little speck on her plate, "Is that mold?" It was. I'm including the picture. We called the manager over and I demanded a full refund... he promptly took the plate away. 5 minutes later the servers are doing their best to avoid us and I keep saying... we want a refund. Finally, they told us to go up to the front. I had saved my shrimp and I had him smell it. It was completely rotten. He gave us a refund and apologized. This place needs to be shut down. This restaurant isn't new they just moved into another building. Upon entering you pay first and then you are seated. The cashier wasn't too friendly perhaps a bad day? However, my waiter made up for it. He was very attentive with my drink refills. The bar has just about every seafood. The inside is gorgeous with all the Asian decorations. It's between prices I came during lunch and paid 21.00 so I'd say for all you can eat it's pretty decent. read more

Arrived here with my mum in law and my husband. It was his birthday we were visiting from another State and he wanted to eat at a hibachi buffet. The restaurant seemed a bit dirty the waiter took forever to clean out our table from the dishes we ate from, she was not friendly at all. They need friendly staff and better food representation. It cost $32 for two people. i mostly ate the sushi, which was amazing and fresh. we drank water so i cant tell you what the sodas or tea would taste like. the other options of dishes were good i thought the chicken would've been dry but everything was good. i just wish they had more dessert options. the server was okay, could barely understand her though. aside from all of that, the atmosphere was nice, a really clean establishment, the only place i saw dust was the lightbulbs lol. read more

Manage your expectations - this is cheap food with mediocre taste / flavor. Is it worth the money? Hard to say. I would go back occasionally. If I could have given a 0, I would have! My family gave me a surprise 66th birthday party at this establishment and it was awful! The service was so bad, rude and disrespectful. They accused my mother and my aunt of not paying for their food only to discover they were wrong! The owner never apologized. My cousins came from Raleigh in bad weather to celebrate with me only to have the owner and the short waitress with a ponytail to upset her into having a seizure and they had to leave and the owner and staff never came to offered assistance or to see if she was okay! As soon as we were sat at our table he kept buttering up my dad asking for a big tip. My dad wasn't even the one who paid! Another member of my party paid. We sat in the party room and multiple members of my party said Jerry was constantly walking back and forth the entrance of the room. It got to the point that another server had to pull him to the side and told him to stop hovering but he did not listen. After it came time to tip, my cousin (who is 19-20 yrs old!) who paid in the beginning left a $20 tip and as soon as my cousin signed the receipt JERRY blatantly looked at only the tip and went up to my dad begging for more. We were going to leave cash tip and if you eat out you know that you have the option to leave a cash tip at the end on the table. You would expect JERRY to know this after he said he had several years of experience serving. We would've left him over $50 in cash PLUS the $20 card tip. My cousin had to resign a reprint receipt and when JERRY was explaining why he said "AND CAN YOU ADD MORE TIP". My cousin said "we will discuss as a party" and even after hearing that, he stayed begging everyone for another 5 minutes. MIND YOU! JERRY WAS HARASSING YOUNG ADULTS WHOM FRESHLY TURNED 19-20 YEARS OLD! AND WE ALSO HAD MANY MINORS WITH US. I as the more grown adult stepped in and asked him to explain the problem to me. My party paid for 17 people and the total was $270 but there was actually only 16 people and we received a refund of $16 so the actual total is $254. JERRY explained that the total on the receipt only printed off as $270 because that was how it was marked in the system which I fully understood but I asked if I tipped $20 and wrote $290 as the total then would I be charged a $40 tip. JERRY kept disrupting my question before I even finished and after I let him speak! But dismissed my question several times. He wasn't answering my questions and didn't hear me out so I asked for a manager. I understand if there was a language barrier but we as a party gave him several chances to explain the problem but clearly there wasn't a language barrier when it came down to BEGGING FOR TIPS EVER SINCE WE WERE SAT AT THE TABLE. I asked for the manager again and it got to the point I had to yell at him to get the manager and slammed my hand on the table to stop him from talking. I understand it was inappropriate to do that but after all this frustration and begging for more money and dry food, AND HARASSING MINORS, anyone would understand our frustration. I COULDNT EVEN TALK to the manager! JERRY disrupted me in the middle of my question and conversation with the manager. WHY WOULD THE MANAGER LET JERRY BACK INTO THE ROOM IF MY PARTY HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM. The manager said to not worry about the $270 total and wrote over it himself and put the correct total which was what we did on the original receipt. I resolved the issue by dismissing the both of them. So instead of tipping $20 on card on the receipt I wrote "CASH" and we tipped $20 cash. AT LEAST WE STILL LEFT SOMETHING. We've seen and have had multiple scams before where the server would change the tip. Hence why I wrote cash on the receipt. After this whole fiasco we all immediately left. JERRY followed us out a minute later and went to harass the same cousin who paid. AGAIN, MY COUSINS ARE FRESHLY 19-20 AND THIS IS A GROWN 35-40 YEAR OLD MAN BANGING ON THEIR CAR WHICH HAD MINORS IN IT. WHO CHASES PEOPLE TO CUSTOMERS CARS FOR MORE TIP?! YOU GET WHAT YOU GET! IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! It was poor service overall. My whole party started driving away for our safety but he still followed us in the lot. The waitresses were very attentive, the service was great and the tables, floor, and buffets were very clean. Even though it was Sunday afternoon, there was not a lot of people at the time we were there. My husband loved the hibachi. He could choose all his own raw ingredients and the grill chef cooked them for him. He was disappointed because there were no beans sprouts offered. I ate the dishes that were already cooked on the buffets. There were lots of crab leg dishes, which was wonderful, and everything I tried with the shrimp was also very good, cooked perfectly. The dishes with the chicken were very overcooked.. The meat was very hard, difficult to chew and dry. There was a steam pan labeled coconut, shrimp, my favorite dish, unfortunately not available. I also missed spring rolls. Dessert offerings were blah, the usual for Chinese buffet. Disappointed that the ice cream is offered a little cardboard." to go" cups, instead of dipped ice cream with toppings I thought the prices were too much. There was so much to choose from and you can eat all you wish. Main dishes, sides, soup. Japanese and American fare. Desserts of course. We had a large party and everyone enjoyed their meal. Just choose what you wish to drink and get up and fill your plate. It is decorated very nicely and the area where the food is is well lit and separated by types of foods. i liked it very much. Rather than just going in one long line, as for some buffets. there are at least 5 stations to go around. When we went, it was not crowded in the food area since there were so many stations. Our wait staff helped us when we needed and left us alone while we socialized. What more can you ask for? I guess they could work on their entry since that is the only area I would ask them to improve. it doesn't look inviting to see the brooms as you enter I suppose. If you want to have a big party, check out their event room. I was presenting some important information about Medicare. And the acoustics were prefect. All in all, good food, pleasant wait staff, pretty spacious and private. I did not experience any rudeness or any issue with tipping as some others on here have said. Don't be fooled. Although the place looks nice and the online photos. the food isn't all that. the sesame chicken and TSO chicken are very tough, hard to chew. The food doesn't seem fresh. We went to the Wilmington location, which is a new restaurant. Walked in and were very impressed with the light atmosphere and beautiful buffet area. No prices listed. Cashier asked if we wanted two seniors, we said yes and two soft drinks. Our bill came to $54 and some change. It was lunch time. An incredible array of food selections including crab legs. Plus, an area where you select your ingredients, and they grill them for you hibachi style , Also, a big selection of sushi. Everything we tried was delicious. Well worth the price we paid. However, now I am hearing some people have paid $65 pp. I think weekends must be higher priced, as well as different lunch and dinner prices during the week. They need to post the prices. read more
