I already had received a call from the office staff asking if I wanted to schedule anymore work, I told them no. So I was not interested in speaking any further. He then private messaged me on yelp to discuss how a one star review effects their business. I explained my reasoning. I then asked to no longer be contacted. He messaged me still after that, and he went on to explain further why he thought my review was not fair, So I blocked him. Please read his message response that he has now publicly posted and take note that I was not sent to another dentist for a second opinion, but to an endodontics office. I always keep my reviews factual and fair in my assessment and opinions. I have gone back and changed reviews in the past after gaining more experience with certain services, fields and to correct typing errors and misinformation when I feel things should be adjusted or changed to be fair and honest. But this is not one of those occasions. I gave a fair review and even left my opinion posted from my in office experience. They want everyone to give a 5 star rating and instead of just apologizing for making the wrong diagnosis, they private message you and harass you even when you ask them to stop. I was ok with a 1 star review, since the in office experience was good. But believe me if I could give a 0, I would change it to that now. People make mistakes, an apology go's a long way. Rosewood Dental, you cant make everyone happy. Every patient you get has an individual experience, and has an opinion of that experience. You have plenty of 5 star ratings. Instead of harassing your clients, and telling them their opinion is wrong. Just apologize for not meeting their expectations, offer them the opportunity to return or contact you in the future if they have any questions about the doctors reasoning for what ever she has done and wish them a good day. If you had done that, I would have gladly changed it to a 2 star for the courtesy apology. I hope you think of that next time you have an unhappy customer. P.s my last name is not given on yelp. You assumed my identity and shared medical info with me that could be for another patient. You are basing your responses on the belief that I am that patient. I suggest you ask to verify who you are speaking with and brushing up on HIPAA rules.

While the surgeon and prosthodontist were genuinely very nice and caring, my experience was marred by the behavior of the nurse who was assigned to me throughout the day. She said very little about what she was doing or why, and she demanded actions from me--such as taking my blood sugar with my own tester and eating a small apple sauce--without providing any explanation. Anyone seeking new teeth should be aware that as long as she retains this attitude, I cannot recommend this place. I am a calm person and understood she was doing her job, but most patients are scared and need compassion and clear guidance. Paying such a high price for a dental assistant to be rude is simply unacceptable. One of the main reasons I chose Clear Choice was to have a better experience, but this Med Assistant's behavior made that impossible. I hate to write this because nearly everyone else was kind, respectful, and empathetic. It's disappointing that one person's attitude overshadowed the professionalism of Dr. Olsen and Dr. McClornan, who were very kind. It only takes one negative encounter to spoil the entire day. I will return in a few weeks for my follow-up and we will see if things are better. Hopefully someone hs a tlk with her about customer service, and once you upset someone or are rude to someone, it is very hard to get them to trust you. Losing someone's trust is easy getting it back is not

Everything about Dr. Hale and his staff has been superb. The office is always spotless, the staff and front office team are amazing, and most importantly, Dr. Hale is truly a master in his field. I originally booked an appointment for my teenage daughter, who was suffering from TMJ and jaw issues. I was so impressed with his assessment and the Invisalign treatment plan that I booked an appointment for myself for a cleaning and X-rays. I have always been a little self-conscious about my smile, but Dr. Hale and his team were never judgmental or critical. Instead, they made me feel comfortable and helped get me back on the right track. My daughter's jaw issues have since improved dramatically, so I recently brought in my 24-year-old son, who also needed Invisalign for similar issues. Lastly, my wife has always been extremely critical of dentists due to previous bad experiences. I convinced her to give Dr. Hale a try, and she has also had a great experience. With all of that being said, if you're looking for a trustworthy dentist who truly does what is best to preserve your teeth, give Dr. Hale a try. You will not regret it!

During that time, I consulted with at least four different cosmetic dentists to discuss the process, cost, and expected results. I even created a PowerPoint with examples of veneers I loved, veneers I didn't, and detailed notes describing exactly how I wanted my smile to look. When I shared everything with Dr. Alvarez, she confidently told me that I'd love the result. She absolutely delivered. I had veneers placed on my top ten teeth, and I genuinely could not be happier with the outcome. Not only do they look exactly as I envisioned, but what impressed me even more was the attention paid to their functionality. Dr. Alvarez preserved far more of my natural tooth structure than I expected, and she carefully inspected my bite to ensure everything fit. She refused to let me leave until my bite felt natural and comfortable, ensuring I could use my teeth properly without jaw pain or unnecessary strain. The level of excellence and attention to detail at this practice is truly unmatched. If you're considering cosmetic dentistry, this office is worth every penny. Dr. Alvarez, you have changed my life in ways you may never fully realize. My smile was my greatest insecurity for years, and now it is my favorite feature. The confidence you've given me has impacted every part of my life, and I will always be grateful for your incredible talent, care, and dedication. Arden, you were also amazing throughout the entire experience. You answered every question I had, always made me feel at ease, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable and capable dental assistants I've ever met. Thank you for making this experience so positive from beginning to end. The rest of the team was just as incredible. They just knew my face when I walked in the door - as if I spent every day there. This is a level of excellence you cannot find anywhere else. Thank you all so, so much. Words cannot express my gratitude

Two other dentists were pessimistic about their ability to fix it with bonding, without substantial removal of tooth structure. As I am blessed with overall healthy and pretty teeth, I resigned myself to just live with it. While it was barely noticeable to others, it was a substantial source of frustrating, near-constant physical discomfort for me. After moving to San Antonio, I wondered if this practice could help me out. Dr. Beckel saw me for what I assumed would be just a preliminary consultation, and he convinced me to let him fix it right then and there! I got the sense he could tell it had really been bugging me a while, and wanted to make it better. I felt his communication was good and his bedside manner really excellent. He gave the problem a lot of thought personalized to my specific case, and was optimistic--but realistic--about his ability to fix it with as microscopically minimal enamel removal as possible. After just a few minutes, I got handed a mirror and was stunned to see a tooth that looked genuinely as good as new. It was actually a bit shocking, in a good way. I am truly amazed by the appearance of this bonding. I feel that not only was the natural look of my teeth fully appreciated, but the complex manner in which light moves through the thin edges of my enamel, creating a range of shades, is continued seamlessly throughout the restoration. I was fully expecting to see some kind of subtle boundary or shading difference there, but it actually looks perfect. This must have taken a high level of skill and a profound understanding of dental aesthetics. Of course, the next test will be to see how it holds up long-term. Overall, I came in with what I understand to be a fairly challenging request. I was met with enthusiasm, consideration, and compassion.
