With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. They left dust and spider webs behind and cleaned only the Bare minimum. They were three people but not organized cleaning they would start one room and move on to another area then come back again to one spot and left the place unorganized and blotchy. Many items or furniture were not moved to get detailed. Although owner was kind and said he would come back i found it not efficient and would have preferred they do the job slowly and detailed rather than haphazardly and offer to come back to do it again. While they're prices are more affordable than other companies near by, it's clear you get what you pay for
