Spaces Augustine 101 is my first experience working in a shared coworking office space. And to say…read morethat it's been amazing is an understatement! To start with, the shared spaces on the first-floor has numerous clean tables, desks, and small cubbies pleasantly arranged. The giant panoramic windows bring in eternal sunshine from the outside. The whole location oozes "creativity" out of everyone - and even someone like me can draw above-average straight stick-figures. The entire staff is just so incredibly helpful and pleasant. No matter the time of the day, they always have a smile on their face and will go above-and-beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. The second-floor private offices are appropriately furnished with high-quality tables and chairs. You're allowed to bring in your monitors and TVs and whatever else you need. Overall, a fantastic place to work and network with other like-minded people!

Beware of post-cancellation charges and unresponsive billing support…read more I signed up for Spaces Santa Clara because the workspace itself looked great--clean design, solid Wi-Fi, and a personable front-desk team. Unfortunately, everything unraveled once I decided to leave. Clunky, confusing cancellation: Finding the cancellation option on the Regus/Spaces member portal felt like a scavenger hunt. It's buried under several sub-menus, and the wording is anything but clear. After far too much clicking around, I finally submitted the request and even received written confirmation. Still charged--twice: Despite cancelling, my card was hit with charge in back-to-back months. I emailed billing support immediately and looped in a regional manager. Aside from automated "we've received your request" replies, there's been radio silence--no timeline, no accountability, no refund. Bottom line: The workspace may look polished, but their backend systems and customer support are anything but. If you join: Screenshot every step of your cancellation. Monitor your statements like a hawk. Be prepared to chase down refunds on your own time. Until Spaces Santa Clara (and parent company Regus) streamline their cancellation flow and fix their billing follow-up, I can't recommend them.

Pre-COVID, I would avoid a one-hour long commute to work on occasion as my employer partnered with Star Space as a remote working location for their employees. There are numerous working environments (some formal, some informal, and also includes an outdoor patio that has WiFi connectivity) that are all set up with external monitors and peripherals. The printing is fast and there are conference rooms that can be reserved in advance for a small fee. There are sometimes community events meant to bring together those using the co-working space to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Post-COVID, they have aligned with proper precautions for the county and I feel completely safe working from there. There is a key fob that you can use during and after-hours, truly making this workplace accessible 24/7. Their kitchen is also fantastic. It is usually stocked with many single-serve type items (think cheese, hummus, pickle pouches, fruits, trail-mix type snacks, and beverages galore). Microwave, kitchen, and non-stop coffee. (There is oddly a premium coffee machine up front that I have NEVER seen been used as they charge a fee. This seems like it is a waste and should just be made available for users to make their own coffee.). Lunch is usually via a group DoorDash, but I find it easier and cheaper to often order separately and have it delivered to the the front door. All-in-all, Star Space is a wonderful co-working space that allows me to work outside the distracting environment in my own home, but not having to commute to my regular workplace or to another distracting environment like the library or coffee shops. They have great receptionist too. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I checked out the place. I stop by once a week when I'm having a flex day. I try not to tell too many people about how awesome Satellite is, because I know it'll get too much interest, but they've impressed me and truly deserve a great review here! Here are some of my thoughts in bullet format: * They'll accept your mail + packages and deliver to you, depending on plan. * Super friendly, kind, personable and jovial staff. Aly and Anne are the bee's knees! * 20% off education discount * Different plans according to your needs or budget. You can get a private office, a dedicated desk, a cafe membership (this means you find an open spot), or just join for the day. You can also get a la carte services, ie rolling filing cabinet, book conference rooms, etc. * Decent kitchen area with free Starbucks brand coffee. Plates, utensils, glasses, napkins etc. They have two large fridges and a microwave. * Clean! This is not your average dingy coworking space with half-empty coffee cups everywhere. An OCD'ers dream! Their cleaning crew is fantastic and keeps the place looking great. * Relatively quiet; great for concentration & hours of focus. The decibels never get to an obnoxious level. * Community & holiday events, mainly centered around food :) * Dozens of great restaurants, just downstairs on the main Murphy Ave strip. * Great coworkers including designers, developers, startup teams, founders, authors, creative directors and nice people of all stripes. Just a great place to network and learn from others. All in all, a great environment for remote workers, consultants, and anyone who is feeling boxed-in in their home. As a longtime Yelp Elite, I highly recommend Satellite! Come check them out any weekday from 9a-5p.

While the space is not that large has comfortable working areas that are bright and welcoming. Ann also makes the space welcoming by being approachable and by sharing special treats. I loved stepping outside eating my lunch on the patio and overlooking the lively downtown.

While price was a consideration, when establishing a professional business presence it is only one of many. That said, the price is more than reasonable. Here are some of the reasons I chose Pacific Workplaces: - The staff is professional and friendly. This starts from the way they answer the telephone to the way they greet visitors and clients. Also, they take the time to get to know their clients. - The staff is stable. Pacific Workplaces does not have an employee revolving door at their center. This is important because my customers had a consistently good experience. Also, this cuts down on errors caused by constantly training new employees. - The staff is flexible. When I have needed something a little out of the ordinary the staff has been able to help and have always come through for me and my firm. -The center looks professional. It is comfortable. It is not a sterile office environment. I have strongly recommended Pacific Workplaces to new business people in the past and will continue to do so. My business has grown and become a success in part to the Pacific Workplaces staff. They provide a tremendous service!

Techmart has a high profile Silicon Valley history and is a very nice design as high rises go. There is a center atrium where you can look up all 6 floors and is very cool indeed. During my lease period a café with a generous seating area on the first floor was completed and appears to be doing quite well. The Regus lease space is very well maintained and Sherif, the local manager, handled my transaction swiftly and professionally and he is a nice guy to boot. The support staff, Adam and Elizabeth manage the front desk and the day to day operations. They were both good natured and nothing but accommodating and professional during my stay and always assisted me when I needed something. When it comes time again to rent some space I will be contacting Sherif first.

I'm a user of Regus office in CA, Santa Clara - Techmart Center. I found there were multiple…read morecharges in the past months, through March-2020 to November-2020, on my regus bill that I have difficulty to understand. They are named as "Postage and Franking", and sometimes as "VO weekly mail forwarding". I contacted the customer service of this subsidiary- Techmart Center and they told me that "When you begin your agreement, you are automatically enrolled into Weekly Mail Forwarding." I read through the agreement and I could not find any term that are related to such "weekly mail forwarding". And I have only agreed to pay for 89.1$ per month, while each month they charged me 20$ more for nothing! They charged me the service I have never subscribed for and refused to give me a refund. The center manager Matt Flores has promised to get me a refund, however, he later said due to no response from the billing department, he could not help. Interestingly, when I talked with the billing department, the same excuse--- only center manager is the right person to resolve this. Yes, they just pass the buck to each other. More funny, after numerous communications with the account help desk/billing department, they said because I did not manually opt out for the "mail forward service", it is a valid charge. Who would be able to opt out of a service which was enforced secretly by the merchant? During the COVID-19, everybody was WFH and there was little service provided by Regus. I just used it as a mailbox for my small business and I went to pick up my mails in person. In addition, they lost one important mail from IRS, which dramatically slowed down my business progress. Their billing department is difficult to reach through the phone as they always say they are busy with other customers. One more caveat I want to point out for any new customer: When you sign the agreement with them, please cancel their auto renewal agreement ahead of time, cuz once your agreement is auto-renewed, you are stuck with them for another year! You have no chance to get out of the contract as they do not allow cancelation. You gotta pay for another year of service fee no matter what! Only one exception applies: that you can show proof of bankruptcy. Last reminder: STAY AWAY FROM REGUS!
