The people are friendly. Honestly, it is a little hit-and miss with the therapists. Layla is amazing. She has a flowing massage style and is able to be both deep and gentle/relaxing. Mia is good too. Katie is very strong, often too strong and painful for me - but has almost no "flow", often leaves the table abruptly to deal with other front desk issues (I guess?). She has even taken calls on her cell phone during our appointment! It just feels very unprofessional and jarring for a massage. And it's very hard to communicate anything to them about this because of the language barrier. I just hope to get Layla or Mia when we go.
