Massages marketed at 60 or 90 minutes having 10 minutes on each end shaved off. 3. MT's who complain to the client about the fairness of their cut. Driven by the ownership. 4. Poor front desk training of kids who are clueless how to conduct themselves and do business. Absentee ownership! 5. Charging for hot towels and "incidentals."
