They spent four to five full days working in my home, completely transforming my garage and kitchen -- and they were thorough from start to finish. They didn't just "tidy up." They went through everything carefully, helped me decide what to keep, and took care of donating or discarding the items I no longer wanted. What really impressed me was that they itemized every storage bin and container and placed everything neatly on shelves in a way that actually makes sense long-term. It's organized, functional, and easy to maintain. They clearly have a real skill set and an eye for how a home should be properly set up and organized. The whole process felt professional, efficient, and stress-free. If you're overwhelmed and need serious organization done right, this is the team to call. Highly recommend.

So, we received an offer that was okay and the buyer offered a separate check for a generous amount that we couldn't refuse. If we could have used any of the furniture or decor, believe me we would have had it sent to our NH house but I love this house as well and there simply is no room here to fit in another piece of furnishings or decor. Our condo was beautifully done by a decorator who worked with us when we purchased it unfinished (that is hard to do!). So, with that, we needed help in getting all personal belongings from our condo packed up and sent to our NH residence. Imagine Home Organization was right there for us every step of the way. The project went off without a hitch and we are happily at home in NH surrounded by ALL of the things that matter to us. Imagine's personnel were all very knowledgeable and very pleasant -- and eager to do a good job for us. They did, and I would definitely use their services again if we had the need. However, I am not moving again until I don't need to take anything with me except my engagement ring and my wedding band. Having said that, I highly recommend this very nice business. I am proud to recommend this business!!!

I hired Andy, the business owner, and one helper to work with me sorting through the home, separating trash, donations and items with potential value. His expertise made this overwhelming job go much smoother than expected. Andy holds special qualifications in jewelry and antique appraisal that eliminated a lot of guesswork. He also gave quick, objective, accurate assessments of a whole houseful of odd items like crystal, flatware, china, art, jewelry, furniture and collectables. Downsizeology is not cheap, but they're worth every penny and delivered great value for the money I spent. Note that they are licensed, insured and bonded for a whole range of services including turn-key clean out of homes, buying entire estates and moving services, as well as the strategic evaluation they did with me.
