The whole process with them was easy and one thing I really appreciated about Caio was when there was a problem, he brought me solutions. I did NOT STRESS ONE MOMENT after he began working. All my stress was packing my house up and the things that I needed to do to get out of my house for the week. We had 2 dogs 2 rabbits and 3 birds. We are a large family as well. Lots of moving parts. So Caio coming to me with solutions and answers to all my questions was refreshing. I didn't have to manage him, Chase him, or instruct him. He made sure my home was respected while we were out, nothing was missing or broken, my electric bill wasn't higher than usual cus my ac was turned off when needed to prevent damage from construction and the place was mopped when they finished. I'm very pleased with my new floors. I chose top of the line commercial grade vinyl wood looking planks. They have grooves and texture. Color and warmth. They are pet and kid durable and trust me we put them to the test. Easy to clean and hides pet hair and dirt well. This family business treats you well. The Talbots outlets as a whole have decent prices, but their sales are what really set them apart. 60% off clearance merchandise? Yes, please. The merchandise in each store, however, differs, and this particular Talbots never seems to have the really deeply discounted clothes that I've seen at other outlets in the past. That doesn't mean there aren't some good deals here, but it pays to be local and shop there often to really find the best bargains. The service here is, however, some of the best I've seen anywhere. The ladies at this Talbots have been here since they opened, and they not only know their products well, but they get to know their regular customers and their needs. They will ask me about my mother, point out things they think I might like, and let me know what's coming for the store. I appreciate their help every time I'm in there, and I'm one of those shoppers who really doesn't like being smothered by overly attentive service. When this outlet mall is really busy with tourists and snowbirds, the store can tend to get a bit messy simply because of the volume of people coming in and out.
