Sadly I was pretty excited to try this service. I had to reschedule my first appt due to an issue with my dogs and then missed my actual appt due to a death and a funeral that I needed to fly to. In my rush to travel and get to where I needed to be I forgot to cancel my appt. I knew that I would forfeit my 39.99 subscription fee but I did not know that they would charge me an additional 100.00!!! I called and was treated terribly by Rachel who answered the phone and basically told me too bad and when I asked for proof of authorization for them to take the 100.00 she said "no" and they don't want to waste their time on my file anymore. Just WOW! You took 140.00 dollars and won't even treat me with respect. She then hung up on me. After going through their site it says that the styling fee of 39.99 is non refundable, which I understood. It also says that the styling fee goes towards the purchase of 100.00 of clothing, not that I needed to purchase it but that would mean that if I purchased 100.00 of clothing it would have only cost an additional 60.01. Regardless, I have no merchandise and have nothing to show that I authorized them to take 100.00 out of my bank acct. The woman Rachel is a total disgrace to this business, she was so rude, insensitive and full of herself!!! I would never waste a penny on this business because if get, she needs to retire and go to a place where horrible rotten people can torment each other! read more
