Parking is easy with parking on every level. Also, this location is in a good school district and feels well-maintained, safe, and well-resourced. The facility is bright, clean and modern. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The care team here is patient, kind, reliable, caring and understanding. The doctors accommodate my special needs by extending my appointment times to 30 minutes when needed. The patients are approximately 90% White, 2% Asian, 5% Hispanic, and 3% African American. Around 70% were born in the USA and had moved to the U.S. before age 12, 80% came from highly educated families, and 70% are financially well off. I am pleased with the quality of care here and feel comfortable coming here. Even though I am always the only Asian person here, I felt welcomed, safe, respected, and supported, especially as a person with a disability in that environment. As a person with a degree who values quality Healthcare, I highly recommend this NYU Langone facility. The doctors I especially recommend are Dr. Ekaterini Hatzis (Christian, husky lover, half holistic), Dr. Khalilah Knight, and Dr. Berrin Monteleone.

I watched it morph into Sears, now NYU Langone. I was a little concerned about the parking (based on what I had heard.) It was a snap and there was plenty of parking available. You walk into a very bright and clean facility with people here to help and guide you no matter where you are. The halls are also big, bright and wide with plenty of signage. My wife had filled out most of the paperwork ahead of time but there was still a small amount of information needed. The folks at the front desk were so friendly and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the quality of care here. You can also see that from all the people walking in and out. After a short wait my wife was called in to one of the exam rooms where we waited for the doctor. The visit went as good as it could be and everyone was extremely through and helpful. I am sure that we will be returning more frequently and I am comfortable coming here. KUDOs to the team at NYU Langone Ambulatory Care - Garden City

Shocked i honestly do not know and actually pretty surprised why Ent did not get 5stars. My journey…read morehas been really difficult to say the least. Go to the doctor in June to get a physical which included a hearing test to leave all scared and confused .My wonderful doctor at Rockville medical sent me to an office next-door to get I'm more comprehensive hearing test. I get the test I failed then was required to get an MRI.My doctor recommends Ent and this was the best decision I ever made as I was trying to figure out why this was happening ! I met with Dr. Jay Rechtweg and Audiologist Nicole Trupo . Why am I giving this review please note **** I had first met the doctor and audiologist but due to my insurance my hearing aids were not covered therefore The wonderful audiologist help me find another office. I ended up going to HEARUSA : 1-Took me forever to get an appointment. 2-it took longer to fill out the paperwork then to see the audiologist. 3-A strange Interaction to say the least as I explained to the audiologist what wonderful people took care of me at Ent and she was a disgruntled ex-employee. Which was basically What I was told at my appointment. I wasn't explained the process and I wasn't really told what the options over at my future would look like having to get hearing aids. I ran so fast out of there and I never turned back. As soon as I walked out the office I made an appointment with Ent. From the moment I met the doctor time was never an issue and he explained to me what was going on and why it was going on. He made me feel at ease and before going to any doctor I had done my research and I had so many questions. To make me feel at ease Dr. Jay Rechtweg spoke to me at the office and spoke to my mom on the phone. He really has bedside manner. Is one of the most professional and caring Dr. I have ever met and I've had a lot of health issues and not all doctors have been great in the past so I highly recommend him. After speaking to the doctor he had explain to me thoroughly what the next step would be so I felt confident going into my appointment Audiologist Nicole Trupo. She was very caring very understanding and she also help me find another office when insurance was an issue and then only made sense that I come back to Ent. She practices the same philosophy as a doctor very knowledgeable very patient explain to me everything when I was nervous and had so many questions and after going to another office I was scared I wasn't gonna get an appointment right away and she was able to fit me in the week after. If you're looking for professionals who care about their patients look no further. I will also say that one of the most important things to any medical office is the front staff and they are always super knowledgeable, polite and professional and no matter when you call there's always someone to return your phone call. I had been seeing Dr Lang for decades. Since after the first few years, I moved far away, he set a…read moreroutine for me to come in for periodic check-ups and he would have his nurse give me a box of serum each time I saw him, so that I could take it with me in order to have a doctor's office near me administer the injections that would follow Dr Lang's prescribed schedule. But after decades with no problem, the time came that one vial from one of the boxes ran short. It was supposed to last a year, like the other vials in the box, but it didn't. So, I had to call Dr Lang's nurse and ask for her to send more. When I explained to her that I ran out of serum with one of the vials, she replied something to the effect of "Yeah, so what are you calling me for?!" The conversation went from bad to worse. It was obvious that I could never go back, but as I always loved Dr Lang, I had wanted to tell him of my experience, and I had wanted to say good-bye and to thank him for helping me over the years. But he would not return my call. I tried more than once to reach him, until finally, the office manager got on the phone with me. When I told her I wanted to speak with him, she quipped, "He is not going to speak with you, do you understand that?!!!" Yeah, I got it -- I got it alright. My, my - how Dr Lang had changed from when he was about age 35, when I first met him, to his mid-70's. What a send-off! What an end to a decades long - truly epic - doctor-patient relationship. Sad.

This place suits my needs fine with plenty of availability and handles my sinus issues and allergy shots. Right off the LIE and Grand Central so no excuses for not getting your treatments. Nice people overall, but strictly business at the front counter and I'm ok with that.
