Angela has a professional presence and a kind demeanor, after meeting with her only 1 time I felt much more at ease. She wasted no time - had professional photos taken, the sign posted in the yard, and my house listed on the MLS and many major websites promptly. I don't want to give away her trade secrets but will say she adds things to the home that assist with showings - a definite bonus touch! Within 3 days I had an offer! I was thrilled! Unfortunately the inspector (focusing on things that weren't major issues) tore my house to shreds. After a few conversations including an offer to remedy the items of concern, the buyer decided to walk. I was bummed but not discouraged.
