The man behind the counter was very nice and even opened a box of dragon sleeves to show me that they weren't hard to see through! The cancelation was done with no notice or apology - the only reason I noticed was because I saw it pop up in my PayPal account. I am a reasonable customer and would have understood a cancelation back in February or March. This would have given me a chance to lock in an order through alternative means; however, I really have no choices now as the booster boxes are impossible to find at the prices they were back in February and March. Very disappointed and would highly recommend anyone thinking about ordering from them to not - especially if the product is a preorder!

Now I've been to maybe a dozen tracks, but none compare to this place! There are dirt tracks with mud and water for that true off road experience, regular drift tracks, mini rc tracks, and they are expanding. The service area is extensive, and they have pretty much anything you'd need. I also loved the fact that they do repairs at a reasonable rate. The value of this place can't be beat, at $10 to drift as long as you want, it's the lowest I've encountered. The selection of tracks and experiences can't be beat, and we had a really good time the three hours we spent there!

Underground rc is llocated in a huge mall so if you bring someone with you who doesn't rc there will be plenty for them to do. But back to Underground rc. What an awesome place. They have every kind of rc track you would want. Off roar ,miniz-z, dirt oval and they even have an rc drift track for guys like me who slide. I went on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. The only charge 10 dollars for all day to drift so it's a great price. They also have a full hobby shop on-site they do everyhing rc good time great place. Only complaint I have is the track was really dusty but beside that it's a 5star place.

The place was jam packed with goodies, though there were bins on the floor making looking a little difficult. Pricing seemed fair. Our only real gripe was that it took three attempts to actually get in the store because each time we came there was a sign about "out to lunch at seemingly random times. Being that we drove from another city, this was a little frustrating. We will definitely check this place out again when we are in the area.

They sell resealed Pokémon packs.. and I'm not talking about those vacuum sealed bulk bundles they…read moretry to sell to people who don't know any better. I will never come to this store again, and I highly recommend the rest of you avoid it as well. For those who don't know what a resealed pack is, they open it up first, remove any high cost cards, replace it with junk, then use a heat sealer to reseal the pack. And before anybody asks, no I'm not mad because I pulled bad packs, it was very obvious to me once I examined the pack. You can watch YouTube videos on how to tell if a pack has been resealed.

was hired for my mothers residential property to simply untangle her (40ft) flag pole. they brought…read morea tall ladder and 2 men. they were at her property for 30 min or less and they charged us for "four hours" or labor. when questioned they said that had came out earlier in the morning (nobody was there and flag is not accessible or visible from anywhere other than the backyard itself) - and then added "drive time" to and from their shop that is a 10 min drive... apparently that equals out to be 4 hours. we have camera footage showing when they came and left. my mom was verbally quoted "about 40-60$) and got a bill for almost $300. All their answer was is "you clearly don't know how running a business works" . DO NOT recommend. save your money and put up your own ladder!

When you walk in, the shop takes you back to a fantasy store I wish I had as a kid. They have so many of the shirts from the 90's, toys, excellent quality jackets and other vintage stuff. They even have a working floor piano! If vintage swag or old school street wear is your thing, I think this store will have something you'd like. The service was excellent and the owner was excited about his goods and that made the experience even better. I'm always a fan of clothing stores that have a passion for fashion and by the owners style, I'm sure he'll get you right.
