Came in and browsed on a weekend and we were the only customers, and the lone employee was on the phone the entire time and didn't speak or even make eye contact with us at all as we walked around for 15 minutes. She seemed to be discussing new product with a regular customer, but still, even just acknowledging us should be the minimum. I was really interested in a pair of cowboy boots, but they were priced at $100 with older pricing (from another store?) of $15 on the sole, and that just turned me off completely. Signage indicates that they don't allow returns or exchanges, either.

Clerk never said a word. ‍ We then went back inside to get the transaction reversed knowing we had the cash and thought we'll just stop at an ATM later for more cash. Was told that they would not reverse the charge, see the sign. Give me a break I was looking at their furniture and asked my husband to pay for it. He then told me he asked them about their return policy, NO RETURNS, everything as is. They sell some EXPENSIVE furniture so if something is wrong to your out of luck. They obviously are not confident of their product or if something does not work in your space your stuck, no restocking option..... Not a store that is customer friendly or values customer relationships. Not what you would expect from a local small town business.

I think this store gets nervous when a male walks in looking for dance clothes for their daughter…read more This is the second time I've been in, once with my daughter and once waiting for my wife and daughter to come in. I felt like a criminal waiting to hold up the place. I understand how it could make someone nervous, but I'm just a clueless dad trying to get some new dance wear in a city where there's not a lot of options. The lady takes some time to warm up to and starts to treat you a lot nicer and make you more comfortable. She is sometimes abrupt but also generous at the same time; I can't seem to figure it out. This is a good store for dance clothing and a lot cheaper then the other place that averages about ten dollars more per person. Thanks for being open during this time and thanks for providing dance clothes for the community.
