I came in to get my watch sized correctly. After they resized it they offered back the watch and…read morethe extra links and started wrapping up the transaction. One of the other team members then came up and let them know that there were still parts from my watch in the back. They then took back my watch and the bag of extra links; It sounded like they didn't know about the end caps for the rod that secures the links together. After a few minutes they came back and gave me my watch and all of the extra parts; the resize was $15. Since then the little rods have been sliding loose/ out of the links by as much as 2-3mm. It also looks like some of the rods are missing their end caps which explains the sliding. If the other employee didn't notice the extra parts in the back I'm not sure if they would have been returned to me. I'm also not sure if this resize was done correctly because of the loose link rods. It could be they were unfamiliar with the brand of watch; it was Seiko, a Japanese brand. If so I wish they would have refused the resize instead of offer a subpar job. Images attached: The rods have been labeled 1-8. I believe rods 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been left alone. I have had sliding issues with rods 3, 6, and 7. An example of the rod and end cap is also included.

First off, you've really got to be looking for this shop to see it. It's set way behind the other…read morestores along this tiny street. To get to it you'll pass by a sweet little created stream, though, so make sure to check that out on your way. With the name "Twisted Silver," and a sign proclaiming they are "eco-designs" or whatever I expected them to use recycled silver, maybe even some gold, to create fine jewelry. Instead, they sell costume jewelry, although it does seem to be of higher than average quality. My sisters and I had fun glancing through the many drawers of sale jewelry in the darling dresser to the left of their front door, and one of my sisters did find a pair of earrings for a steal at, I think, two dollars? Their other jewelry is priced significantly higher: anywhere from maybe $10 to a little under $100. I don't wear a lot of costume jewelry, so in the end this just wasn't for me, but I do think what they had would be attractive to many people. The salesgirl was very friendly and fun, and the jewelry designer was also there, in a separate design space. She said hello, though seemed busy crafting items. I did get the impression that if you wanted to talk to her about any of her pieces she would be happy to do so.
