If you have a few quid on you and you like the earthy look, head in here for some great finds. If it's a Balinese warrior's mask or some sculptures from Irian Jaya you're looking for, be sure to make Decor your first stop. They also have a wide range of canvas paintings going for around the 300 euro mark. Interesting for a bit of a gander, and just so you know, you can go upstairs, there's more on display up there!

But as we were leaving I saw their oil cloths with a sale sign 6 EUR per yard. Excellent value. I took a pic to send off to an interested party. Back after a bout 30 mins, I got myself the dark green with white polka dots, 12 EUR for two yards. An absolute bargain. I'm pure delighted with myself. And the kitchen table has never looked better.

They have a huge variety and the girls in here really love their second-hand, sorry vintage, clothes. They also hire out clothes so if you can't quite afford that gorgeous dress, even though that would be very unlikely because their prices are very reasonable ( leather coats from around 65 Euro), it can still be yours for the day or the week.

The prices were very reasonable and there was decent selection. I ended up getting a small glass bottle that I needed for a friend's gift and it was €3. The cashier was friendly and checked me out quickly. I ended up going to a couple of different Oxfam locations around Dublin and this one has the best selection and was the biggest. I'm not sure if this is the biggest overall but it was a good size.

Inside a serious collector stroked a blue dragonfly Tiffany lamp, chatting amicably with the staff. Taking a look for myself I found an incredible mix of old and new, genuine and "homage" pieces on sale for the kind of prices I'd readily pay... if only I had somewhere to put a marble-topped sideboard and six foot mirror. The vibe in this shop is fun and a bit frantic, something which is echoed by the company's manic website, crammed as the store is with photos of new stock and scrolling updates on the lifespan of each location. Next time you find yourself in the market for a gift with personality for the homeowner who has everything, might I direct you to the only shop in George's Arcade that prominently features more than one Betty Boop statue over three feet tall?

Filled with cutesy clothes, jewellery, accessories, children's toys, old books and the like, Lucy's Lounge is a perfect portal for mid-afternoon shopping heaven. Who knows what precious knick knacks you'll come across in this tiny basement? The shopkeeper is fitted out in an intriguing blend of the shop's wares, intricately done up in shawl, flowery hat, old fashioned dress and a mish-mash of accessories. She is a cross between Mary Poppins and the 'feed the birds' woman, and she is lovely lovely lovely! There are some exquisite discoveries to be made by whoever has the patience to sift through the wares in this store. Whether you're on the hunt for a vintage dress, a tacky 80s fluoro ski jacket, a pair of dainty gloves or a funky wall hanging, this place is worth a look! I wanted to have Irish pancakes, but it had already finished. I had soup(minesrone) served with some bread, and salad, too. Minestrone was quite nice, though I had no special expectation. Thick and intense flavor. Two slices of Irish Brown Soda Bread---great! even though they must have been an "extra". Fresh and moist! Salad was fine, too! Sweet tomatoes,crisp lettuces and cucumbers. [Food Hall] big. and in the bread corner (not the in-store bakery) they had Irish pancakes, not only Scottish and Maple&raisins ones ! Behind the foodhall is the clothing section which has a quite good selection for a suburban M&S. Going through this you come out into the shopping centre. There's a nice M&S cafe at this entrance to the shopping centre. You can usually find what you're looking for here although it can be crazy busy at weekends and towards Christmas
