Even when I get the exact same style and services, the price is always different, and that becomes very frustrating as a customer. There have also been multiple times where I felt like I was being overcharged for services I did not even receive, such as conditioning treatments and other add-ons that were never done. I really do not like that because, to me, that feels dishonest. I'm not saying they cannot do good hair, because there have been times the results looked nice, but the experience overall is just not consistent.
