She's very down to earth and she will also give you her opinion because I get so indecisive at times. She is always quick to turn around even during those busy times such as prom, formals, and during holiday season, she's always reliable and on time. She has altered many clothing for me such as dresses, pants, skirts and shorts. When I fluctuate with my weight (that's all the time lol) she is used to taking clothes in as well as taking clothes out (widening)! Since I moved a little bit further away from her, I do take time to travel to get my clothes altered at her store Just remember she's closed on Mondays. They called around 11:30 stating it was ready and i could come get it early. The zipper withstood walking ~5 miles and jumping around at tailgates and the game. I have been using this spot for a little over a year and have had no complaints until now. I…read moredropped off an evening gown which I told them I needed by a specific date. After which they told me to ensure I picked it up the day before. I prepaid. The following week I looked up what time they closed the day I was slated to pick it up as I work far away. I ensured I left work early to be there before their 6 pm closing time. I arrived at 5:26 and upon entering the shop they were shutting off the lights to leave though they specifically told me to pick my garment up on this day. I didn't make a fuss as I understand life happens but I was a little surprised they would have closed up without letting customers slated to pick up their garments know. Upon reviewing the dress at home I was as super surprised to see that they didn't even take the time to steam it. It was a brand new dress upon drop off never worn and upon pick up it looked as if it had been balled up. I must mention that when I dropped the garment off I specifically heard them telling another customer that was disputing their prices that a lot of attention and detail goes into their work as they finish by steaming the garments.
