It's a subway and bus station so there's really not much to rate here. It is small and easy to…read morenavigate which is a definite plus but it also means the station doesn't really have anything about it they makes it very special. It's got a bunch of leaks in the roof which means the TTC usually has to put out bins to catch all the water when it rains or the snow/ice melts. There's an elevator which is great if you can't use the stairs or escalator and need another accessibility option. There's a tiny newsstand on the floor between the subway platform & the bus platform and there's the cool Ossington Dots art throughout the station (read the plaque to learn more about the piece). Gave the station 3 stars cuz as I said above it's pretty average so it deserves an average score. Happy trails transit riders!

I like the fact we could avoid having to use the kiosks in the station. The trains run pretty frequently and they can get really crowded, so if you are with a group of people or a larger family, unless you are at the front of the line when the train arrives, you may not be able to sit together, just be prepared for that. The attendants help to direct passengers to train cars that aren't as busy. There is a convenient spot for you to store your luggage during the train ride. I wouldn't store it too far from you, where you can see it. There is very much an honor system. I just don't trust people LOL There are restrooms on the train in the event you really need to use it. Plenty of accessible seating for those requiring special seats and they have companion seats as well. Price is much cheaper than hiring a ride share, if you don't mind a train experience. We enjoyed it.

They have a train from Toronto Pearson Airport all the way to Union Station in Downtown Toronto in 28 minutes. You can pay for tickets online, buy a ticket at the ticket vending machines at the stations, or tap to pay by using a physical or contactless Presto Card. The train coach is clean and spacious, and it has a secured place for luggages for the passengers to have a comfortable ride. A reliable and safe way to go from the airport to downtown Toronto and vice versa. Check it out!

Today, Tuesday, July 21, at 10 am, I went to renew my health card and was met with a very excellent and helpful receptionist and Service Canada employee, Ms. Edith, who was very understanding and kind in handling my entire situation as a person with a disability. I am truly grateful to all the staff at Service Ontario, especially the excellent receptionist and employee, Ms. Edith.

Prior to the pandemic, wait times were 1 to 1.5 hours. There was an online chart giving typical wait times throughout the week. Very useful. During pandemic times, most common services require an appointment but a few don't have appointments. When you arrive, there is a pre-screening person at the front. Because of appointments, there are far fewer people in the waiting area. You still get a ticket to wait but wait times are now 5 to 15 mins only! The waiting seats have signs to block off seats to ensure physical distancing. There are screens showing the called ticket numbers showing you which agent booth to go to. There are 43 booths. Certain booths are assigned certain functions. They accept debit and credit cards for payment. There is no free WiFi but part of the waiting area has access to the free TD Bank WiFi. Mobile internet is also available even though the office is in the basement. There are no customer washrooms but you can use the mall washrooms.
