This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. Under Florida law, the registered owner is legally entitled to retrieve their license plate without reclaiming the vehicle, even if it remains at the tow yard.
