I had many items to scope and price out upfront, and Tami was so kind and amazing. We had to work through several proposals before deciding on final services, and she always responded quickly with thorough details. Then, Tyson and his helper showed up, and they were the nicest people ever. We walked through all services to be done, and Tyson explained all troubleshooting/results well plus gave me options to decide from (like what color of weather protector I wanted on our outside outlets) versus doing whatever he thought was best like standard vendors. He had to run to Lowe's to grab more parts and did not charge me for them as they were "minor." He also discovered extra issues/subpar electrical items as he worked on the house that he corrected/adjusted to perform better without charging extra. He went well over above and beyond! On the invoice, I noticed an option to tip. I've never seen this for an electrician, plumber, roofer, or any type of home service. HOWEVER, it made total sense, and I tipped them 20%. He saved us hundreds in extra services/parts instead of nickel and diming. He also saved us from more future issues by addressing all of the non-perfect items he saw throughout the house. Beware of this place, they lie and cut corners which caused damage to our home and new unit. We…read morepaid them over $16,000 to install a new HVAC system in our home in January 2021. Chose them based on them being family owned, and Christian based. Was guaranteed it would heat and cool but floors of our home (we have 2 window units in the upper rooms) and was told the price included replacing the old 6" flue (not compatible with new unit and could cause damage to the unit) for a 4" flue per manufacture parameters. They came to our home over 8 or 9 times after installation due to the unit not working correctly and condensation issues in our attic. First, they cut their cost by tapering the 6" flue down to the fit the 4" connection on the new unit. During this process the flue became disconnected, our last inspection of the heating unit shows extensive rust on the heat exchanger, the unit is 4 years old. They installed and programed the thermostats incorrectly, causing the units to run longer than needed and leaving damage to our wall when moving the thermostat. Long story short, I have extensive damage to our home, including mold and mildew growth, electrical damage, water damage throughout several areas of our home and they are refusing to right their wrong. Before we knew how dishonest and incompetent this company was, we also had a water heater installed, which they knocked out an area of drywall (approx 4X5') and never repaired it. They are not family owned; they have been bought out by a company in Texas.
