Proceeded to walk into the store after not being greeted. After minutes, was finally acknowledged and berated about not having a mask. I would happily have worn one (why I waited at the door initially) or been happy to be served outside as I was picking up an already paid for part. Instead I got an earful about how I ought to know better by a man that wasn't wearing his mask properly. Meanwhile another employee walks by with no mask on and not a word was said to him. I have had nothing but great experiences all around with the Milford branch, but will strongly encourage away from this one. As a business owner, I would never treat a client in that manner, particularly without instigation. There were many polite ways to deal with the situation (that I was trying to avoid in the first place), certainly badgering a customer, lying about it afterward, and hypocritical application of the standard were not the right way to go about it.
