He was very helpful on the phone, and said he had the bobbin we needed. We drove thirty miles to get there just before closing time. He discovered that the bobbin he thought we needed for the Elna Lotus was actually a different one. He searched around and came up with half a dozen of the Type L bobbins we needed, and is ordering more from Elna, so that he will have them in stock! He also showed us how to load the vertical bobbin correctly. Nice guy, great service, and the bobbins were priced just fine! He's got our business from now on!

They told me I was "using too much soap" (I actually never even fill the soap to the normal fill line. So, I knew their diagnosis was incorrect). This lead me to Derry Appliance Repair (I discovered them through a community Facebook page "BDT" where everyone was raving about how great Derry Appliance Service was. So, I hired them to come out and fix my washing machine. They were highly responsive. Fred was very thorough in researching the issue. He discovered that there was a hole in one of the hoses (so much for the soap theory from Sears!). He replaced the hose and the washing machine has been working perfectly since then. I am highly impressed with Fred's thoroughness, response time, knowledge and ability to quickly and correctly fix our issue. And, would therefore, highly recommend the services of Derry Appliance Repair. -Jamie Derry, NH

Called Scotty in the morning and he said he be by in about an hour and in an hour he was here. He diagnosed it and did waste my time - told me straight up it was not salvageable. Thank you Scott!
